I love that they carry SkinCeuticals products too, which is such a bonus! Jaycee did my intake, and not only is she absolutely stunning, but she's also one of the sweetest, most professional, and knowledgeable people I've met--zero attitude, just genuinely lovely. Then Mike came in, and I have to say--he is hands down the best injector. His expertise, skill, and technique are unmatched. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and ease. It honestly felt like we'd met before with how comfortable and confident he made me feel. The experience itself is so thoughtful: they give you numbing cream that works wonders, a little stress ball to squeeze if you need it, and even a tiny ice pack afterward. Every detail makes you feel completely cared for. On top of that, I got $50 off through my Alle account, and Jaycee worked her magic to make everything seamless. I left literally glowing and can't recommend this place enough. Support this business--you'll be in the best hands and come out refreshed, beautiful and confident!

I was a patient of this practice before it became Prime Dermatology. Prior to my first appointment…read moreunder the new ownership, I was asked to complete electronic intake forms that included an arbitration agreement. My understanding of the agreement was that it required patients to resolve legal claims through arbitration rather than in court. I chose not to sign the agreement because I was not comfortable waiving my right to pursue past, present or future claims in court. As a result, I was informed that I could not be seen unless I signed it. I believe patients should carefully review any arbitration agreement before signing it and understand its legal implications. This requirement was significant enough that I decided to seek dermatology care elsewhere. I had previously referred several people to the former practice, Divine Dermatology, and have since let them know about this policy so they can make their own informed decisions.

I had Lacey and it was a fabulous massage, so much so that I fell asleep. They do sell packages and spa bundles. I will definitely consider returning. The place was well decorated and relaxing. I may bring headphones next time to play music but that is just my personal preference. Snezana was great, and I will definitely be back.

I actually thought they would fade a lot more by this point but they've really held their color! The initial appointment was quick and easy and the touch up was even easier. I would absolutely recommend Molly! She's very communicative and wonderful at what she does! :) And if you have eyebrows that fade out at the end or are very light, I can promise that the microblading/ombré powder brows is such a time saver - I never have to look back at photos now and cringe because I drew my brows in poorly! Thank you, Molly!!!

Seriously, she's an artist- very thorough, precise- and I felt taken care of. She's all about that natural looking symmetry- a must for me. The results were second to none. I usually go to top plastic surgeons to have this sort of stuff done- I'm cautious- recovering from skin cancer. This will most definitely be my new spot. The owner- Amber- is super cool- texted me right after my initial appointment- to see how I was doing :) It's obvious Amber carefully selected the best and brightest for each individual area. If you read their backgrounds- they're highly trained. I'd recommend this place to anyone. This is just not just some spa- it's much more than that. So- Thank You. Joe B.

There was no pressure or "hard sell." When she started the treatment, she explained what was happening every step of the way. Throughout the treatment Valentina repeatedly asked if I was comfortable or wanted something to drink (even offered chocolate). Valentina was very thorough with the treatment, ensuring I was going to get the best results possible. Before leaving, she gave me aftercare instructions and made sure I understood them. The day after my treatment Valentina texted to check how I was doing. Then four days after my treatment she called to make sure I was doing well and ensure I was happy with my treatment and service.
