What really took our experience to another level happened afterward. My husband accidentally left his wedding band in the clothes bin. They were CLOSED on Sunday, but they actually came back to the spa just to look for it; and they FOUND IT! That kind of customer service, kindness, and integrity is rare. Talk about going above and beyond! From the atmosphere to the massages to the incredible people, Lemon Tree Spa gave us an experience we won't forget. Five stars simply aren't enough. Apologies I can't recall her name. We came here on our way to check in to our hotel at The Luce and it really set the tone for the rest of the weekend. I saw a living social deal for this business but was uncertain about whether to go for it bc there were no Yelp reviews. After looking at her website though I thought it was worth the gamble and it was. It does not feel clinical like a doctor's office and is more homey and less pretentious than a spa. The products: this is not your Walgreens fluff facial; I've had a facial at a fancy boutique hotel in South Tampa and it accomplished nothing more than cleaning and shining my face. Big whoop. Kelly uses clinical grade products and (key for me) not tested on animals! Why spend money on a fluff facials where they put some great smelling product on your face but it doesn't *DO* anything to change your skin?! The facial: I got a chemical peel and could tell sense the warming and tingle throughout the process, so I could tell it was working but I left without ever being bright red/pink, which was my fear. She even included some very much needed arm/wrist/hand massages since she learned I was a 9to5 gal. Kelly: super sweet and accommodating. I was 10 minutes late and stressed about that but she made me feel at ease. She asked what I wanted out of the facial and she delivered. I wouldn't go here expecting what you have at other spas, not because you can't receive it (I'm sure they would listen to your desires for their service), but because you can receive something far more important in the long term... flawless glowing skin. This place is very unsatisfactory. It has an insufficient space, very small quarters. The sheets on the bed, I have seen are very very unsanitary. The lady running the place would have one client who is all sweaty enter the sheets of the only single bed she has (in the small room) and then have another client (who is waiting in what is to be the the office/foyer/entrance to the bathroom) enter in those same sheets. It was my turn but I could not simply enter or even sit on the bed, knowing what was on it. I recommend she cleans the sheets or even switch them between clients. That is not the only thing. She is unpunctual, so she will have you waiting outside for 45 min. from the time of my appointment and then show up opening the door. I understand being late But 45 minutes late! With No Call to let me know whether or not she is coming?! Over all it was a Waist of my time. Seriously was. I hope my experience helps others make a better decision of whether or not to waist their saturday going through a hectic/unsanitary hassle. There are other better places than this small defective deficient hut. It is really not worth the time or money. Go if you want, But don't say you weren't warned. Never again. I had the privilege of getting my first lash lift done by Neidyn, as well as my eyebrows threaded, and my experience at Revel was absolutely amazing! The studio was very clean and Neidyn was super professional and gentle throughout the entire process. She explained everything step by step, which was very comforting since I had never gotten an eyelash lift done before. I've gotten eyelash extensions in the past, but I wasn't satisfied with them because my own eyelashes were falling out with the false lashes. At least with the eyelash lift, I appreciated that I was using my own lashes within the process to achieve the look I wanted. Also, this was my first threading done on my eyebrows in over two years, and was way less painful than any other threading sessions I've done in the past. If you're in the Westchester area, I definitely recommend going! Make sure to follow Neidyn's beauty page on Instagram (@neidynjazminebeauty) to see what other services she can provide at The Revel Studio as well!! read more

My first experience at Jacqueline's Skins Studio was amazing. The little white house is unassuming from the exterior but the inside is spotless and serene. The treatment room is relaxing and comfortable. I made my appointment on-line, based on the treatment descriptions, and appreciated the confirmation and reminders that were delivered directly to my phone. I'm so glad I booked the MicroCurrent "Natural Facelift". The results of the treatment were long lasting. Several people commented the next day how refreshed and rested I looked! Everything at Jacqueline's is natural and organic. Her studio is elegant, clean, and inviting. I can't wait to go back for another treatment, perhaps trying other offerings. I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable Jacqueline was about health, wellness and well-being. This is a real find in Westchester! read more

I've been going to Jacqueline's Skin Studio since January 2016 and cannot say enough great things! The online reservation system is the best for people like me who like to plan appointments way in advance. Jacqueline is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. She is wonderful to talk to and explained everything in detail. I went to her for my eyebrows and she spent the time going over the shape and the look I wanted to achieve. It was the most painless waxing I've every received and my eyes were not red afterwards, which was a first for me. Ever since going to Jacqueline, I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I was so impressed by this place that I had to come on and write a quick review. This Skin Studio is a little hidden treasure in Larchmont. It's located right across the street from BLD Diner. The Stem Cell facial is amazing. I love the products that she uses and the advice she has given me. She made me so comfortable that I was able to discuss other concerns I had with body hair. I have only waxed a few times other than my eyebrows and lip because I found it painful and would get ingrown hairs. She made the waxing experience comfortable and easy. I could tell that the client was not engaging.. The employee was, just very unprofessional, and it was almost like she was just trying to get a reaction out of the client and she kept repeating herself to the client. It was my turn next to do my eyebrows. When you're Threading, you normally ask your client to hold their own eyebrows up while they do the service.. she did not ask me to do that one time. She barely plucked a few hairs off of each eyebrow with the thread. And then she removed the rest by tweezers. I kept thinking that she was going to go back to using the thread, but she never did. As she's tweezing, she asked me " Are you allergic to wax?" and I responded with no... I just prefer Threading because it's cleaner. But I told her, if it's too much... You can just wax it. It's fine. She proceeded to pluck my eyebrows with tweezers. Honestly, my eyebrows look like I did them myself. When I go to someone who actually knows what they're doing with Threading, it does not cost me any more than $15. Or $18 max and I always tip. I walked out paying $38.
