I have been going here since the beginning of last year. There have been some bumps along the way especially with office staff & managers not communicating. I have had different things done here, cleaning, fillings, Crown and root canal. During another cleaning October 23rd 2025, the gentleman cleaning my teeth knocked out one of the new fillings that was placed in my tooth. He made the comment," it must have not been in there very good to begin with." Which I can agree with him in some instances. So I thought they would get the filling put in right away, No. I had appointments in November for Crowns. I was told the filling would be done on one of those days. Both times I was told they didn't have enough time to do the filling after the crown was done. I was told my December 11th appointment they would do the filling, and once again they didn't want to do it and didn't have enough time for me. I was highly disappointed but there wasn't much I could do, since they needed to fix their mistake. I was told I had to schedule for it to get done. I wasn't able to get an appointment till end of January/February. The day of the filling we were in the middle of a Blizzard so it was risk your life to get there or reschedule, I literally got 24" of snow at my home. So I chose to reschedule the first available was April 2nd. When I get off work today I see I have a voicemail I didn't know I even had, of course the office is also closed know. The voicemail is that I have to reschedule the filling that was supposed to happen tomorrow. It's been six months since it was knocked out. Surely there was a time slot in there somewhere where they could have gotten me in way sooner to have the feeling redone that they knocked out ,a filling that they put into begin with. But apparently not. The filling should have been filled that day in October, when I was there and it got knocked out they should have got a dentist to fix it.I don't know why they choose to drag their feet on fixing a mistake that they made. I did not knock the filling out they did. And know a day before the appointment they leave a voicemail to reschedule. If I had to do over I would have driven further away and got better service at a dentist somewhere else where they care about their patients. By the time they get to fill the tooth, it will be ready to just get pulled. Total incompetance. At this point I would recommend no one to go to this office, absolutely no one. read more

Refresh Dental has the Worst reception, record keeping, dentist's manner and skills I ever experienced in my life. They change appointments, billings, treatment expectations, everything all the time WITHOUT telling you, and never for your interests but THEM !!! I would give 0 star If I could. The whole root canal experience was a nightmare. Before I came for an annual check I wasn't feeling any pain. I have one tooth that when they were fixing it they said it may be too deep and need to do a root canal. I still felt the pain after they tried fixing it so I called back. They said they would send me some medication to try first but they never did, so I called again and again and again every 1-2 days. The receptionist kept saying she would ask the doctor and call me back, and they never did. Finally they sent the medicine to my pharmacy. Pain was still there after the whole treatment so I called again. At that point they can only schedule my root canal surgery like 2 months later after they started my suffering of pain. The day I first went into this clinic I was pain free. Now I suffered for months. They usually email you a reminder a week before your appointment. Before the root canal surgery, I did not receive any email so I called them two days before to confirm. Turns out they canceled my appointment without notifying me. The receptionist insisted that they "do not have me in for the appointment" instead of admitting they cancelled it, refusing to take any responsibility and just forcing me to accept it. So, I am off work that day for nothing. I insisted they need to give me a date before my trip, which I originally stressed multiple times already before. After I came back from the trip and they put the crown on, the crown was wayyy too big and I tried to tell the dentist immediately. Dr. Watters already left the room about 15 seconds after he finished the procedure. He didn't seem to care much. I had to wait another 15 minutes to talk to him and he told me the teeth would get used to it. I stressed again and he insisted. The next day or two, I already felt sharp pain from the tooth and I had to call back. He ground it a little for me, but still longer than other teeth. That crown was the first tooth that took the impact of biting. As I tried to tell him that, he walked away again without asking me if it felt okay. I had to wait another 15 minutes to even talk to him to grind a little more. I do not have to go to medical school to tell the crown's size is not right. The doctor never asks me if it feels right or not, just tell me to open and close and move left and right. I don't know what I was supposed to feel, and when I am supposed to feel normal or when I should be uncomfortable. When his finger is out of my mouth and I try to feel it and tell him, he is gone. After everything, they said it should be fine now and it was not. They said they can send me medicine if I called back. It turned out they sent ibuprofen alone, which I already told them on every visit I was already on ibuprofen. I asked my coworker where I could find a good dentist and I went. It was a completely different story and they said the root canal looks bad, I wasn't surprised because Dr. Watters are always in a rush. They were also surprised that Refresh Dental literally missed the teeth next to it that could be the cause of my pain instead, after multiple doctors looked at my X-Ray. All they want from me is after $500 for the root canal, they want another $2000 for implant. Because Dr. Watters doesn' care for patients at all therefore I asked for a different doctor to follow up, and I made sure with them there is NO additional charge on the phone. After the second opinion was provided, they said they charged me nothing by charging my insurance company about $100 for a new doctor visit. I said the other day that there wouldn't be any charge but they insisted, like that time they canceled my appointment, without reasoning and forced me to accept it. Horrible dentist office, had 3 crowns done at this office location. First two went well. The third they didn't order the crown using the same material as the first two and also didn't match the color to my teeth so I have one super white tooth. The best they would do is offer me $100 and whitening strips after I complained numerous times. If they make a mistake its YOUR PROBLEM. Do not use this dentist under any circumstances. The office is always dirty and the techs are always rushing to get you in and out like cattle. Fuck this places and everyone that works there. read more

I first saw this firm 5 years ago, and have struggled to maintain my sanity the entire time I've been seeing them. I say 'the firm' because I have seen several different dentists - I'm thinking at least 5, over my time as a patient here. Without getting into boring detail, this firm is simply not honorable. They take your money but they don't do what they say they will do. When you have a complaint, they have a full time person that just tried to make you feel good when the service is bad. Prior to trying to get help from her, I had called the corporate office several times to complain but nobody every would pay me the courtesy of a return call. This time, I explained my circumstances and the resolution person said they'd investigate and get back to me. After about a week, I followed up and they made a lame excuse and promised to follow up but never did. You have many choices in your dental care.
