My only complaint would be the reception portion. It's beyond bizarre. I scheduled one appointment, and have yet to go back primarily because I keep getting "notifications" about my scheduled appointments. To this day, I've only scheduled one. I've randomly received email confirmations about payments going through, and changes of appointments that have nothing to do with me. So weird! Initially I notified them, and I thought it was corrected, but since, I've received 3 additional ones. hopefully I don't get charged. And hopefully the person it's supposed to go to actually gets reminded.

Coming from a healthcare setting myself, I am big on treating patients as people and not a box one has to check. Suffice to say, introduce yourself. I had to ask her "Who are you? Because you never introduced yourself." I believe that is basic etiquette. Second, I was quick to notice the lack of patience with which my call was handled hours after my visit, the one where I had a chemical peel. (There was a whole lot of information to remember before the visit and they don't all sink in until you're done and you get the kit.) Otherwise I had a pleasant experience getting my first peel with Sheila/Shiela. I'm now on my 4th day post-procedure and looking forward to the results. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful experience I had weeks before that with Joy, who did my Dermplaning Facial, although I wish I had known sooner that if I did both at the same time, I could've saved a lot more.

Also, really helpful with the GLP, clear labeling on each syringe, and easy FaceTime with the doctor. I've never had to wait past an appointment time and there's always parking. Front desk staff are simply clerks, and seem totally indifferent to patients' questions or concerns. To sum up, as a health care provider this group is an abject failure. It represents the very worst in corporate medicine, and does its patients a huge disservice. My range of motion was significantly limited and I was in pain every time I tested those boundaries. I had plenty of massages and acupuncture, but nothing relieved the issue. I decided to give Andreea a call, and I'm so glad I did. Now, bear in mind, this is no zen spa experience. Don't come in here for dim lights and gentle atmospheric piano. I at one point compared it to childbirth (in a learning to be present with discomfort way, not in a dear god there's a human exiting me way). It was intense. But immediately afterward, I sat up and scratched my back. Big whoop, you think? Indeed. I hadn't been able to do so without pain in at least six months.
