I purchased a Living Social for a pressure washing of a house. The owner said it would take 4-6 weeks before he would even schedule because he has to take care of regular paying customers first!! I would give him a zero but that is not an option!! Do not purchase any services from him unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time!! I needed my home power washed so I bought a groupon for them to pressure wash my home. When I asked them to come out within a 10 day window all I received was a screen shot of notifying me it would take 3 weeks for an appointment. I emailed them back and asked for a date that they will be available to come out and I received the same screen shot. I have never dealt with such nonsense from a company. Is it that hard to type up an email and communicate or call to assure your "soon to be" next customer knows they paid for a service and not a scam. This company is a joke. Keep sending out that screen shot because its a great way to build a business. Would never recommend or use! read more

Got the service done about a month or so ago. They were really nice on the phone and quoted us a price without asking us more details. Then after they completed the work they asked us for two times more the money and demanded it right away. If you consider them, make sure you ask tons of questions and an official quote with the final price on there. I read other reviews on other sites and it seems like they do this quite often. read more

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Susie W. seems to have had the same experiences I did, INCLUDING the response from RPS. Whatever was used on my house was so strong... it smelled like full strength bleach!!! I have the same streaks and discoloration. My flowers are dead, parts of my bushes as well as other parts on the house look terrible. Half the house looks like it wasn't touched, It looks like someone took a pressure washer and just sprayed bleach in the air. I know what bleach smells like it was so strong it lingered for days and when it rained 2 days later it was still very strong. I did the same as Susie W. and asked would it harm the ground b/c we are staring on our projects and I was told NO. The reply I got IN WRITING didn't address the damages, instead I was told... "your siding has Oxidation on it. It can be removed with a high Alakline wash. A soft wash wont remove it...Soft wash removes mold only...Rub your hand over the siding and if it leaves a white residue its Oxidation. Alkaline washes start around $275 and up" YES wanting more money!!! My house was not covered in mold, it had pollen!!!! Well.... ummm I rubbed my hand and nothing white appeared! What do I rub my hands over to get my flowers to live again and my grass and my fixtures back... must I go on?! They responded without putting down a name and when I asked they never replied back. But had the nerve to want more money??? I won't be using them again, my husband will not allow any more of his hard earned money go in to supporting a company that won't own up to what was done. I was not told either what products would be used ahead of time b/c if you would have told be bleach it was not going to happen! read more
