The service was on point, and our server, Taylor, was excellent--attentive, professional, and easy to work with. The food was outstanding. I ordered the T-bone, and it was cooked to perfection. One of the guys in our group ordered a filet and added a lobster tail on the side--he said the filet had great flavor on its own, and the lobster tail was one of the best he's ever had. This was our third or fourth time dining here, and it's been consistently great every visit. The restaurant is clean, well-run, and very professional--you can tell they take pride in what they do. All in all, an amazing experience during one of the busiest weekends in Havasu. We'll definitely keep coming back every time we're in town.

As we were waiting for our food, I noticed a bus person setting up a table across the way, and she did what I consider a big no no. After putting the fresh table covering on while she was setting up the vinyl booklet that the check from the previous Diner fell on the floor. She picked it up and put it on the fresh table covering. If someone from the health department had seen what I saw they would've probably shut the place down. You don't pick something up off the floor and put it on the table of for the next diners to be dealing with and not even knowing it. We were not getting any kind of attention until about twenty minutes later and serving people who came after us. Unfortunately, this happened both times we gave this place a chance. My husband said he never wants to go back he felt the service was rude and not welcoming which is unusual for Lake Havasu. The last we did go left after twenty minutes seating there while everyone after us was getting served. Interestingly, when we got up to leave is when we received attention by the waitress acting like she was ready to serve us. Not a good experience either time.
