Dr. Singer might be an actual angel... or as a NSCLC IV recovery patient the only true doctor I see. She is knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant, answers questions without attitude and makes certain you are comfortable. I go for skin checks, so the other side of the business I'm unfamiliar with but if you have skin, and I know you do, and you have moles, which you likely do, I'd definitely get yearly checks here. Knowledgeable about all the latest skincare, she takes the time to thoroughly check and evaluate your skin and explain what she sees and how to best treat it, including holistic methods if that's an interest for you. A few years ago, it was clear I had bad interactions with different ingredients in products, but we didn't know which they what. Theresa uses a special system of skin testing that comes from Canada and will give you not only what you're reacting to, but gives you lists of current products on the market that contain it. When I moved back to DC, my excellent dermatologist there had never heard of this testing program and wanted to purchase it herself. I'm now living in New England and as family is local here, I figured why not come back to Theresa versus try my luck with another? Her front desk staff is super warm and friendly and fit me in quickly. Her new office is super cute and there's even a fresh juice bar inside. Then I had to have bloodwork done on her. Some of this had been done at a prior dermatology office but 1) they didn't have the report and 2) it had been a few months. So we had that done (bloodwork) and another month goes by and still no report or phone call from them! It's like they have forgotten all about her! This condition has gone on for over a year and it,s frustrating that we have no answers but even more frustrating that we feel like they don't give a damn!!!
