However, with parents that lived into their 90s, I've been exposed to and dealt with dozens of Dr and nurses. Dr Raphael was 1 of, if not the most professional, best demeanor, best bed0-side manner, and personable physicians that I've ever met. When I told him I would write a review, he encouraged me to focus on the attending nurse (I apologize if Emily Pendock is more than a nurse). I will in a moment, however, the day after my procedure, Dr Raphael called me personally to see how I was doing. If there were more Dr like Dr Raphael, the medical profession would be much better off. As for Emily Pendock, I cannot say enough about her kindness, professionalism, and her demeanor. I hope never to have to see either of them again in their processional setting... If I have any needs in their area of expertise, I will only go to Empire Dermatology. With much gratitude , Tom S.

I had to bring my daughter back for a biopsy..and then had to wait for over a month for a report. I called the office and was basically told they would call me. So we had that done (bloodwork) and another month goes by and still no report or phone call from them! It's like they have forgotten all about her! This condition has gone on for over a year and it,s frustrating that we have no answers but even more frustrating that we feel like they don't give a damn!!!
