I was told that a refund was going to be issued on Friday after I canceled the service on Wednesday. Then received a call on on the following Tuesday that they needed the card numbers, almost a week later. Now here it is a full week and still no refund. I called and only got EXTREMELY POOR customer service and snotty responses read more

Just updating that it's been a year and the 4 of the back teeth they claimed had cavities are still uncomfortable when I bite, chew - OR AM AWAKE! The still do not feel natural and I would still never go here. My husband feels the same way. Horrible. He asks me why I referred him to this place. He's not mad at me, but the crown they did on him is still painful. We now see another dentist on the other side of town. I'm sad I came here first because the damage they did is IRREVERSIBLE!! You might be okay for one tooth problem, but if I were you: I'd stay clear of this place, or at least get a second opinion!! read more

I love the new dentist Dr. Hinojosa! He showed me my X-rays and explained what he saw and why he recommended each filling. He made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure by was asking about pain and guiding me through each step the entire way. The entire staff was friendly. Check in was quick and I didn't have to wait long in the patient lobby before being helped. Overall the space is clean with upbeat music and great staff. Will be back for follow ups. Going to the dentist is always nerve wreaking but I feel comfortable and in good hands. Happy I found my new family dentist! read more

Honestly, no body likes going to the dentist. And after seeing all these reviews I was even more nervous to come. But they are so close to my house and I had such a bad tooth ache. When I called they said I can come in right away. Of course insurance is an issue and they take MetLife so that's cool. When I went in everyone was surprising nice. Xrays are never fun but I did them like a champ! And since I put off the dentist for so long I needed a root canal and crown :( but honestly it wasn't as bad as everyone told me! I think the hype scared me more. The staff is cool too. I recommend this place. I'm glad I didn't let the reviews scare me away! read more

So listen to this: I went to see Dr. Dang on 12/16/2015 because Dr. Gandotra had left his practice. Dr. Dang did an exam and found 2 cavities and said that I needed to have a crown replaced. He had the hygienist clean my teeth and then we scheduled an appointment for 12/30/2015 to do the fillings. The morning of the appointment, his office called to tell me that he "wasn't coming in for the day." We rescheduled for January 4, and the morning of January 4, once again, his office called to tell me that he "wasn't coming in for the day." That was enough for me. I am a professional and my time is just as valuable as his, and canceling twice under 24 hours without a valid excuse is just not professional. Meanwhile, I got a Benefit Statement from our insurance company and unbelievably, during the 1st visit on 12/16/2015, he had billed my insurance $60 for "Hygiene Instructions." I never consented to this and never got any instructions of any kind. Of course, the insurance company declined to pay for this "padding" on the bill, and I won't pay for it either. But it gets even better. I went to another dentist, and he looked at my X-rays, conducted a thorough exam and was perplexed. He told me that he had found NO CAVITIES and said that the crown was fine. So, the moral of the story is that this dental practice engages in unprofessional behavior, and if you value your time and money, it's probably better to go elsewhere! read more

Professional, Kind and Easy. The office is located in the busy intersection of Decatur and Flamingo in a shopping center with grocery store and restaurants around it. The dentist office was easy enough to find. Walking in I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. It was 8:30 am, so an early appointment but the office seemed to be buzzing with smiling faces. I filled out my paper work, in moments they asked me to join them in the bank to begin the X-rays. Eighteen x-rays is a blessing and a curse for someone with a sensitive gag reflex. Like, I'm grateful for the healthcare but I'm nervous to be over dramatic. Luckily, the dental assistant Candace is gentle and quick! She encouraged me to be calm and breath through my nose. So glad she was there. Dr Hinojosa reviewed the x-rays and asked me a series of questions about my teeth. He examined them and encouraged me to not skip any cleanings again. I was slightly embarrassed but he's 100% right! He cleaned my teeth and a filling on my right side. The numbing is just now wearing off but the comfort and confidence having found my new dentist will be long-lasting! Thank you, Dr Hinojosa, Candace and Staff for making a nervous wreck feel safe at the dentist! read more

My visit to this dental office was a while back but I am glad they text me about having a check up because I could not remember the name of the office. So in November 2018 I was vacationing in Vegas. I had a dental emergency and must have called 50 dentists to try and have it looked at. The staff at Reflection Dental worked me into their schedule on a Saturday morning, temporarily fixed my tooth and they did it all at no charge!!! I was so surprised and SO GRATEFUL!!!! They saved my trip! So it may be 6 months later but it's never too late to say thank you!!!! read more

Hate this place so much , my teeth are all messed up thanks to this place, I had unnecessary fillings where they didn't need to be done . The fillings kept popping out ..definitely had to move , this is ridiculous . read more

Stay away... They overcharged and maxed out my insurance, charged me three times more than what my insurance said I owed, left me with pain I didn't have before and referred me to another doctor which I couldn't go to because they maxed out my insurance. Now after nearly two years they just came up with a new balance which they threaten will send to collection if I don't pay up! read more

I am from NYC but was in excruciating pain and needed to see a dentist on an emergency basis. We were able to make an appointment to see Dr. Marquez within a few hours. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant and associate that clearly explained all the fees to me were helpful, pleasant and kind. Even my boyfriend complimented the doctor on his bedside manner. If I lived here there would be no question that Dr. Marquez would be my dentist. Oh...and it's a national holiday. read more

Friendly office staff, nice building, great service. Very clean, Will definitely return!

My husband need an tooth extracted for pain, called up reflection dental because they were close to our house. Terry at the front desk was very helpful, but we wait 2 and half hours for them to tell us what we already told them about the tooth having to come out. We ended up walking out after waiting an hour for someone to come talk to us about Financials since we were paying cash. Some girl came in who clearly had an attitude and was rolling her eyes told us it was 390 to pull the tooth like wth. That's double what others wanted to charge. The actual financial lady never made it to is. Worst customer service, the doctor wasn't much help either. I would not recommend this place. There are better dentist in Begas. read more

My experience with this dental office was pretty bad. I have not only referred patients to this place but I also have insurance. I called with my first ever toothache on Friday explaining that I had no money because I had just returned to work from a 4 month medical disability. I was told not to worry just come in on Saturday because I have insurance. I was called & told I could come in a little earlier than my appointment so I was in the office 10 minutes later. They took me back after filling out some paperwork, took some x-rays, the dentist came in and said the tooth has to be extracted so I will send my assistant in. The lady came in and asked me for $76. I said I don't have it now so can you take from my account on Thursday? She said we can schedule for Thursday. I mean tears were rolling down my face from the pain. I of course had to wait until Monday to find another dental office but the few I spoke with did not accept my tier of insurance but one dental office was able to tell me that my insurance had been charged $85. I called Reflection asking what they charged. They said for the x-ray so I said you already made $85 off of me yet you couldn't pull my tooth and post-date my payment? The lady said we don't wave co-pays, I said I didn't ask you to wave it, she said no let me finish talking so I asked for the office manager telling her that I did not appreciate being chastised by the billing chick. After 4 days, I could not take the pain anymore so I did end up having to go to Reflection to get my tooth pulled which took 23 whole minutes total. Terry at the front desk is very helpful but I believe her name is Stephanie (the only black lady that I saw working in there) is a straight ass. How dare she treat someone who was as in as much pain as I was the way she treated me. Never Again will I go to this dental office. read more

This office has repeatedly had my family arrive just to tell us they cancelled the appointment. The doctor and hygienist have attempted to perform unnecessary work to run up the bill. read more

Great place! Even better staff. They are very kind and helpful. The assistants are super nice and funny which makes it easy for nervous people like myself. Will defiantly be coming back. read more

I wasn't sure if my insurance was good yet. The front office lady took the time to call my insurance to find out. She said it was approved I got a cleaning a few days later the staff was really nice. Dr. Jardine told me I needed a root canal which I knew I needed and the price was cheaper then I have ever paid for a root canal. I know it is hard to find a good Honest dentist and Dr. Jardine fits that mold of being honest. I was expecting to get 2 root canals, but he was able to save the one tooth. read more

Most caring people ever! My old dentist never would explain certain things right and with them every question will be answered for me to understand. They're extremely clean and really organized. I walked in, was greeted promptly and was checked in right away. Great service, so happy with them! read more
