After my previous hairdresser disappeared, I was searching for someone to cut my curly and baby fine hair. I think finding Shanna must've been divine intervention or something. The same time I had to look for a new hairdresser, she is learning about Trichology and wanting to help women with thinning hair. I have had my new hair unit for about a month now and I love it! I just want to share something that happened to me just a few days after I got it. I went to the Sephora store in Georgetown to return an item and just look around. As I was leaving the store, there were three clerks standing near the entrance. One of them stopped me and said, "we just had to to tell you that your hair is absolutely beautiful!" I was speechless. I was looking for someone to dye and spike up my hair the way i had always wanted it, so began the nearly endless search of salons throughout the interwebs. And i happened to stumble upon her and thought i would give her a shot, and boy am i glad i did! She is Absolutely amazing!! It was way more money then i thought, but well worth it. Nice relaxing friendly atmosphere, i thoroughly enjoyed it. We chatted and laughed like we had known each other for years, which made the atmosphere nicer then is already was! And she was super good about the payment, i only cane with $20 (which i thought was the price). And she told me she would write down my card number and charge me as soon as i got payed. Which was super nice of her, normally they (salons) will not work with you on your budget like that, and she will also give suggestions. Like if she cant do any extra detail you want, she will suggest a place that will do it for you! I will be going back to her in a few days for another coat to the color, but until then. I love, love, love Shanna! I have been going to Shanna for about a year. I picked her because I knew someone that has her hair done by Shanna and her hair always looks good. I can't say enough good things about how she cuts my hair. My hair looks great from day one to the next time a get it cut. That has NEVER happened in all my years of getting a hair cut. My mother recently suffered a fall and is having a long recovery. She also has an auto-immune disease that has caused her to lose much of her hair.
