I was booked with Jamie for my Brazilian and let me just say she is god sent! She does an exceptional job, she's funny, and she takes her time to make sure everything is completely clean so you know it'll be perfect! The vibe itself is so cute, and everything is extremely sanitary. There was cleansing wipes for you to use inside the room before they see you and I think small details like that are what make for the best experiences! I agree with another reviewer that this is not a relaxing facial. Sabine is witty and funny but will talk the entire time about how great she is at waxing, skincare, etc. It was slightly offputting. I am absolutely furious with my eyebrow wax. I declined multiple times because I prefer to do my own. She insisted she would not change the shape and would just clean up. My eyebrows are completely ruined. She overly thinned them, shortened them, they're different lengths from the center, reduced my arch, and have completely different angles. After crying most of yesterday because it's my face, I'm just livid every time I look in the mirror. I'm mostly angry at myself for letting her pressure me. I'm just hoping that they grow back nicely and not patchy so I can fix them. Now, I have to deal with months of the awkward growing out phase if they grow back properly with any luck.

But just plain out "No." ??? After we struggling with picking the service we wanted, she told us to have a seat... I was wondering if she wanted me to sit on the floor because there was no seating. If the customer service was better, if the front desk was more polite, I really wouldn't have minded a little wait time. But with the attitude I was given on a Saturday morning after having a yummy breakfast & my iced coffee, it was disappointing to be given this bad taste in my mouth.
