Additionally, Incredible Nutrition 4 U has a medium sized carpeted gym where they host cardio drumming classes. The schedule is posted on their FB or you could swing by and get a printed schedule. It's a smaller gym, but the guidance is helpful in getting on track. There are classes such as yoga, tabata, and others to help you along. The downside is there are no showers (there is a locker room though), the machines could be updated, and the parking sometimes is annoying. But I prefer this gym over places like the Y because of the supportive atmosphere and no little kids playing on gym equipment. It's truly geared towards women which is nice.

This locally owned nutrition and supplement store just opened right down the street from our house, and after visiting this weekend I'm super impressed with the selection and service. Chris, the owner, took the time to carefully write me a meal plan, and gave me samples of several different kinds of protein. He explained the relative benefits and drawbacks of each type of product -- I finally feel like I understand the different kinds of protein supplements (before now, I had just bought generic whey protein from Target... it never occurred to me that there were different types for different needs).
