I've seen this place for years and never really paid any mind. I've spent lots on ink from Staples, Target, Office Max and the likes....no more my friend! This place is within walking distance from my home so it's a dual benefit to get my ink refilled and get my steps in. Took less than 10 mins to get refill. Only downside is my printer gives me a "low ink" message. I just "ok" and ignore them like the many other message that pop up these days! Try this place. read more

Excellent service. Match prices if you ask. Fast and efficient at what they do. Looks like a new place for me to get the toner and ink I need for my home and office. read more

Awesome service, and affordable ink. I don't know what I would do with out this place. The cost meets the budget demand.

The service is absolutely amazing. The guy was very nice and helpful and the prices for the refill is unbeatable. This was my first time here and it left a great impression and makes me want to come back with any other needs for my printer. The wait time is not long and they have cute soft music playing in the background. I 10/10 recommend those looking for refills or printer issues to come here for a fix. Im glad I found this place :) read more

This place is great, they always refill my cartridges with a smile. I never feel shortchanged or overcharged. Thank you for great neighborhood service! :) read more

I got 7 cartridges refilled in 15 minutes here for 73 dollars without the discount. That's pretty good considering they're 31 each msrp new for the 2 XL I included in that order. The service person was knowledgeable and helpful with solutions for a printer I just purchased and had trouble with before returning. The carts seem to work well and the promptness means a lot from a small business. If they did delivery I'd be in heaven. read more

The owner is a straightforward guy. I got the feeling when I called him and he did not disappoint when I came in person. Support small businesses that do their job right and don't overcharge on ink. read more

Awesome prices, fast service. Wish I knew about this place years ago. I came here with any empty black ink cartridge for refill. It's literally less than a quarter of the price of a new cartridge. read more

Forget the reviews you're reading for laser toner refills. They won't do it. They will try to sell you a refurbished cartridge for $100. You can get them online for $40. As soon as I explained this to the guy at the front desk, he INTENTIONALLY damaged my toner's imaging drum by shoving his thumbnail into it. It was printing perfectly and now it's ruined. It prints a big black mark right where I WATCHED HIM gouge it. STAY AWAY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF read more

Excellent service provided and so quick! Stan even did test prints with my printer to make sure everything worked before I left. Very pleased and I will be back. read more

I've been coming here to refill my inks since my kids were in High School. They are fast and the cheapest in town. Can't beat there price and did I mention the wait time for me was 10min. There ink that they refill last longer then the cartridge I use to buy from stores. read more

I have no complaints, i'm always satisfied great prices quality work I'm always taken care of. Save your $ and get your ink and supplies here instead of going to somewhere else and spending twice as much. I have been goin here for years now, save this as a bookmark it's a solid contact. read more

These guys will destroy everything on your computer if you leave it with them. They deleted ALL my files, email, photo's the lot, without even asking? When asked why they did such a moronic act they replied - "because we can" It has been suggested by many friends that I should suit these guys, but at this point I have other more important things to spend my time on. Fortunately I found a wonderful computer repair place where the staff were both courteous, professional and really knew what they were doing read more

Worst ink ever the quality sucks it's not original he won't refund it it has horrible quality please don't by he won't even refund any money like stated it's horrible ink just the worst ! read more

WOW! I literally signed up for Yelp just to let people know how unprofessional this establishment is. I saw the reviews and thought I would try this place for my ink cartridge refills. I go through a lot of ink in my business. The first thing the owner did was to start arguing with me about refilling the cartridges. I had pulled one of them out of my printer 20 minutes ago. Since he could not get the cartridge to leave a spot on his paper towel, he starts raising his voice and asking me how long the cartridges have been empty (see above). The guy may have been having a bad day but, wow, unprofessional. He simply had to say, "they seem dry, I can fill them, but no guarantee..." I will buy a hundred ink cartridges and throw away the empties before I would ever patronize this business. I don't care if has been "Doing this for 14 years!" read more

Been here a few times and they are fast and effective. Just bring in your old ink cartridge and they will fill it up with black or color ink. Such a money saver instead of buying a whole new one. Awesome customer service too, I'd highly recommend this place. read more

Every time I come here, the service is fast, the workers are very polite, &the prices are great (aka cheap). I spent $9, versus the $25-$40 i would have spent if i went to buy a whole new cartridge. They guy also was sure to inform me that my specific type of ink's volume level can't be detected by my computer after getting refilled, so it would say that i'm low on ink, even though i'm not; which it did. He said he was not sure why, but I am glad he did tell me that, or i would have been worried that my printer was broken lol. read more

Very friendly environment and had excellent customer service with reasonable discounts. Will recommend to friends.

Ming is awesome! Had some cartridges refilled at Fry's because well their Fry's and a company that large should know what they are doing, right? Not so much. Got the cartridges home and they didn't work. Went to Refill Tech and he shared that Fry's doesn't reset the chips in the original cartridges so it's a crap shoot as to whether or not they work. Long story short Refill Tech did what I needed quickly and now I am back in business. From now on, I will drive a little out of my way for Ming's quick and friendly service. read more

After looking through all the computer repair stores around my area this one had the best reviews and they are well deserved! I brought in my computer on a Thursday and they had it ready for me the next day. When I first brought it in the guy they guy that was working gave me a pretty thorough explanation as to why my computer was failing. He also seemed genuinely friendly and that is what really convinced me. The next day I received a call and they told me it was ready. I work in Folsom so it's a pretty far drive and I wasn't sure if I was going to make it before they closed. I gave them a call and explained the situation. They actually waited 10 minutes after closing for me to arrive. These guys know what they are doing and they also have great costumer service. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. read more

Easy to find, friendly staff, great prices and was honest about a defective cart. Will return, my new ink guy!

If you have an Epson printer, don't waste your money buying ink here. I usually buy ink online but I needed it last minute and didn't have time to wait for shipping. I was looking for a place that refills cartridges because I am on a budget and really can't afford to spend a lot of money on ink. This was the only place I could find, but they had good reviews so I decided to see what they had to offer. When I got to the store I asked if they refill Epson cartridges. Unfortunately, they only refill certain types of Epson cartridges and mine wasn't one of them. He told me they have compatible cartridges for my printer and that they are much cheaper than buying OEM so I ended up buying one. He tried to convince me I was getting a great deal since it was an "XL" cartridge, but I know XL doesn't make a difference in the page yield. It was only $1 less than I would have spent if I would have just gone to Staples and bought the real Epson ink, it had a different type of pad than the OEM ones have, it leaked as soon as I went to install it, and it didn't last anywhere near as long as the other compatible cartridges I have purchased from other places. The guy was nice, but the cartridge was much lower quality, XL yielded less pages than standard, and didn't really save me any money. read more

Quick and friendly service. Inexpensive way to refill cartridges. Will be back again.

Great place! Wonderful prices! Super Service! Totally recommend them for your printer cartridge needs. :)
