This store was extra busy on a Monday afternoon. Be careful before you step out of an aisle. It seems that lots of people are rolling their cars without looking or pausing. They have many people out, giving samples of all sorts of things- including hot foods, granola, and candy. There's plenty parking!

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Roseville warehouse fell far short of Costco's reputation. I purchased a steak that was clearly spoiled upon opening. When I sought a refund, the membership desk staff insisted I should have stored the foul-smelling, rotten meat in my freezer and transported it back in my personal vehicle to prove the claim. When I questioned the hygiene and health risks of this request, the staff became dismissive and confrontational. While I eventually secured a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult and like pulling teeth for a loyal customer over a $40 item. Forcing members to handle biohazardous waste to satisfy a return policy is a significant health protocol oversight. I hope management addresses the lack of professional judgment at this location. I am happy to update this review once management contacts me to discuss a better path forward.

First of all, I want to start off by saying their store hours are absolutely incorrect. The whole reason I came here was I was trying to purchase because I adopted an entire nursing home and needed to buy gifts for everyone. It's not only extremely disappointed beat but now I have to figure out how I'm going to afford 30 Christmas gifts for elderly nursing homepatients that have no families. So thanks a lot Brothers. Not very brother like plus I am not going to be able to make it any other Thursday till Christmas which happens to be their dollar day. So the value I'm sure it's great. But the fact that they can't even update their own business and waste people's time. And my valuable time, especially when I am volunteering and giving so much to the community is ridiculous. I will never come here again and I will not recommend them.

Do you know how scary taking a chance on maybe bedbugs from marketplace? I landed here. Happy accident. I was able to furnish a house with the stupid stuff that adds up. End tables, rugs, dressers, decor, I even buy some clothes here. Nike shorts ($2). Yes, they have bins. But also so much more. I buy toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) $3 here or $15 at Target. Same with like laundry.. And even other things like hot tools for your hair, lamps, reading nook chairs, dining room, storage, organization. When I walk in I'm treated like family. Mom is in the back sorting, and her boys run it with their uncle. They are always wheeling and dealing. I can speak from experience they single handedly aided in my ability to establish myself properly for my kids. The boys and I joke but will forever be thankful for thekindness and grace in such a transitional time. Thanks guys.

I would suggest no one use their on line system. I ordered a large number of items which I indicated I wanted to pick up. When the receipt came up, it showed they were having me pick up only the water and the other items were being delivered to my home. After a much longer time than I expected, almost all of the items were delivered except for one package of Scott's toilet paper. The receipt shows that I paid for 3, but I only received 2. The online site would not refund or replace the lost item so I went the Roseville store where I was told I had to go back on line. I did that and the online sent me back to the store, which refused to replace or refund the item because "it's an online order and they have to do it". I called the Walmart line, since Walmart owns Sam's Club and they said they couldn't help me. They referred me back to the club where I had already been refused help. My advice, pick it up. Don't order on line from Sam's Club.

While a tire technician was moving my car, it struck a tire-changing machine. The store documented the incident but attributed it to allegedly faulty brakes. I had driven to the facility in the rain and backed into my parking space myself without experiencing any braking problems. Given that experience, I question their explanation and have concerns about how my vehicle was handled. A few days later, I received a call from Brandon Brown, who identified himself as the insurance representative handling the incident. He told me that, based on video footage, Sam's Club was not responsible. However, that footage has not been provided to me, leaving me unable to review the evidence being used to deny my claim. My vehicle was damaged while being moved by a Sam's Club employee, yet I have been left to deal with the consequences. The lack of transparency and meaningful resolution has made an already upsetting experience even more frustrating. I am asking Sam's Club to provide the footage, explain the basis for its decision in writing, and fairly reconsider my claim. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicles will be handled carefully and that any resulting damage will receive a transparent, thorough review. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location's tire service.

I received a reasonable quote and based on other positive reviews - I went ahead and book service. My appointment was for 930am. At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon. She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).
