Over the course of many years it's been consistently helpful, courteous, and friendly. The folks in the meat department have always been receptive to any requests, same with the people in the bakery. My first experience was my hibachi "go-to," the Chicken & Shrimp combo. I really enjoyed it. The veggies, especially the carrots and zucchini, were great! The chicken and shrimp were both flavorful and cooked just right. The accompanying shrimp sauce was good and though I bought extra I did not need it as the standard 'issue' four ounces was plenty The only downside to me was the combo made this lunch a high prices option. A single entree provides a price more in line with downtown Knoxville lunch prices. The food was good though. The owners/operators were nice and provide very good service so I do recommend Kazoku and will enjoy their food again when I have the chance.

Go to manager and ask a question and he will give some off hand answer such as we are short on help today. In other words I need to live with it. 6. The stores are extremely hot and I mean hot and you will ask someone about the temperature and they will say it is controlled by the central office. Nobody cares anymore at Wal-Mart.
