She made the contractual process seamless. -invested a day to show us neighborhoods of potential interest to help us narrow down geo pocket shortlist to hone in on. -rolled up sleeves to get us contractor estimates during disclosure review/offer stage on several homes. This allowed us to feel comfortable in our all in costs to purchase/renovate/upgrade. -well connected with seller agents, which can be notably advantageous in multi-offer scenarios. -at 11th hour of close of escrow, we hit an unexpected bump in road that Ali was able to swiftly resolve behind the scenes while we were in the hospital for child delivery. -highly consultative and patient in the process, which for us was approx 6-8 months with so many moving pieces in our life (ie-pregnant, moving to temp home, etc) We had the pleasure of meeting a few others from the Gilmartin Group-- highly impressed with their firm and more importantly the individuals.

The Salmas are San Francisco natives who love Marin County and clearly know the area and the market very well. They gave us a thorough overview of Marin and helped us narrow our search to neighborhoods that ticked all of our boxes. While the home buying process proved more difficult than we anticipated, particularly given our motivation to buy, they helped us remain patient. Ultimately they helped us arrive at a competitive offer in a market where it was not uncommon to have a dozen offers and offers coming in at significantly over asking price. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend the Salmas!

I thought I had a good handle on it after securing an SBA loan years ago, but pursuing a private refinance was an entirely new ball game. Their level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail was better than many traditional real estate agents we've worked with or heard about. The entire team was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. They had a clear system in place, kept us updated at every stage, and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Everything felt organized and efficient, which made what is usually a stressful process much easier to navigate. Vikrant was especially valuable during the offer and negotiation stage. He took the time to walk us through different strategies, connected us with great lenders, and stayed in close contact with the listing agent to keep things moving.
