I started with Sarah as my attorney, but was quickly given to another new, on-staff attorney who, in my view, was incompetent. Sarah became 'no longer' available to me when I had questions or concerns, and I was tossed around to various paralegals and made to work with the attorney who was 'assigned' to me going forward. I didn't even get a formal notice that he was being assigned to take over my case, AND, the kicker is that I was billed for them having to 'update' him on my case. They were quick to get my business with all kinds of promises in the beginning, but ended up falling way short of any reasonable amount of service. Thousands of dollars later, all I really had was a court case filed and minimal amount of work. In the end, I highly recommend that anyone using this firm closely look at their bills, and monitor exactly what you are charged for. I am a reasonable person, but this was outrageous. Even the new law firm I went to was surprised by what they charged me, vs. what I received.

Well I wasted my money and time with this company.I paid the $1200 fee up front with all the…read morepromises that were made to me,then paid the $500 court filing fee,then the serving fee just to set up a simple court case number in Austin.It seemed pretty straight forward and should have only taken a week tops,but I realized there was a problem when simple things seemed difficult for these people and each week would go by without any communication,that lead to a month and then many months,etc.All in all,it took over 9 months of false promises and the only thing I needed was to get a court date,which was mentioned at the time of the intake.I got a case number,but that was it.They couldn't even accomplish a simple e file.I was literally on the phone with the law library and the court constantly to tell Legal CAs Pro what needed to be done.If you don't know. How to do something,then you call to find out at the court,right ? I don't even Pravin kind of law, but I felt I was doing all the work for them. So what was the reason I hired them for.I later found my own paralegal that said She could have done this for $200 and I'm actually using her right now .I stopped calling Legal Case Pro because I was so disappointed and frustrated with their bullshit.I thought they would at least call me,but you know what ?
