I started with Sarah as my attorney, but was quickly given to another new, on-staff attorney who, in my view, was incompetent. Sarah became 'no longer' available to me when I had questions or concerns, and I was tossed around to various paralegals and made to work with the attorney who was 'assigned' to me going forward. I didn't even get a formal notice that he was being assigned to take over my case, AND, the kicker is that I was billed for them having to 'update' him on my case. They were quick to get my business with all kinds of promises in the beginning, but ended up falling way short of any reasonable amount of service. Thousands of dollars later, all I really had was a court case filed and minimal amount of work. In the end, I highly recommend that anyone using this firm closely look at their bills, and monitor exactly what you are charged for. I am a reasonable person, but this was outrageous.
