Before signing up and handing over our money, Attorney Toups was very kind and assured us that his small office approach allowed him to be more available to his clients. Once money was exchanged, there were a few questions we had and messages were left. I NEVER received a return call nor did we ever get the one issue we needed rectified. We basically paid $1000 to be sent a generic contract with no follow up or assistance along the way. Never to be heard from again. Disappointing service, especially with the delicate nature of elder law issues. Would not recommend.
