It's truly a well oiled machine process and I loved it. We were walking around a small course for about 15 mins and that's all you need as you just bask in the excitement of breathing underwater and fish zooming by. I bought the photo package because when would I ever do this again!! So incredible. We had time after the helmet dive to walk around the Coki beach afterwards to right next door to Coral World.

When we arrived, we were told by the cashier that although the park closes at 4:00, they stop selling tickets before 4:00. If ticket sales end earlier, that should be clearly posted so visitors can plan accordingly. We had a group of 15 people ready to pay admission--business the park could have had--but instead we were turned away at the door. Very disappointing, especially when the hours advertised do not reflect the actual admission policy. Please post your actual ticketing hours, not just the park's closing time.

They gave us great suggestions on snorkeling spots, stopping at Lime Out vs Pizza Pie for lunch, and were just genuinely nice to talk to. The day out on the water was great. We swam with multiple sea turtles, a baby shark, sting rays, parrot fish, and squid! After the great day, we were silly and forgot a bag of ours on the beach. Unfortunately my GoPro was on top of the bag, and someone with sticky hands walked by. In a crazy coincidence almost a week later, Scotty actually saw the guy and got the GoPro back! I never expected to get those videos/photos of our family vacation back, but thanks to Scotty, we'll have them in hand soon. Book with them. You won't be disappointed.

Some roads were unpaved and the ride was bumpy; nevertheless, our driver guided and warned us about the terrain. We then got off and proceeded to the bay. Took off our footwear prior to getting on the kayak that had clear bottom. When you get to the bay and paddle, it can be difficult to hear the guide and understand where he's pointing at. The water in the bay would glow with movement. The guide also talked about some constellations. Overall, this was a very well organized tour. Though it was a nice experience, I was underwhelmed. They do not recommend bringing your cell phones on the kayak and you cannot leave your belongings on the bus. Some bought and brought waterproof clear plastic casing that can be worn/hung on the neck. Bringing the electronic devices is at your own risk; some still did and tried capturing videos/pictures but it was difficult to do so unless you have a nice camera.

Unfortunately, all six members of our family were bitten extensively by sand flies, and the resulting itching, swelling, and large red marks made the next two days of our vacation extremely uncomfortable. We purchased anti-bite treatments, anti-itch creams, and even took Benadryl, but nothing available locally provided meaningful relief. A simple heads-up about the sand flies and the importance of insect repellent would have helped us avoid a very uncomfortable experience. Despite enjoying the excursion itself, this issue had a significant impact on the remainder of our trip. It's only this reason I am giving a lower rating.

You will be on the water for a solid hour, sight seeing, and at the same time getting a nice history of the island from some great tour guides. Our guides were Curtis and Denning. Very charismatic guys, a fun vibe, and were very attentive to all the guests to ensure everyone was having a good time and being safe. I loved the insight and history about the island. Our guide, Sam, was knowledgeable about geology, biology, and local history. We kayaked a couple bays, snorkeled one and hit the edge of the open ocean on our way home.
