I accidentally found Reef eScape about a year and a half ago, so glad that I did! I have been in the hobby for 20+ years, and have seen many aquarium stores open their doors and shortly there after close them. Many of them I have visited, and never returned due to customer service, or advise I was given. Reef eScape is so different than the other stores out there. For one is the quarantine practice. New fish are brought into the store, quarantined to check for parasites, but more importantly....are they eating? You can put a hold (with deposit) on the fish and they do the work. What is better than that? Secondly, the customer service is A++. Ollie works the retail division and is extremely friendly....greets you when you walk in, and is very knowledgeable. No question is a dumb question, is always willing to answer them. I haven't been steered wrong yet. If you are so lucky as to speak with Brittney and Ty about anything that swims or lives in the sea, you will be amazed at their knowledge. Overall, truly a wonderful experience. They are no more expensive than other specialty stores, but I have always received healthy, non timid, and happy fish. Their inverts and coral are very nice too. Check them out for yourself. read more
