With it being the holiday season this place was packed, not unlike any other weekend. I ran in here and tried to make my way around the store as fast as I could. I had a script sent from a manufacturer due to a manufacturer error, I went through the pharmacy to pick it up, mind you this was the second time because the day prior the other pharmacy tech didn't know what I was talking about. Besides, Gina immediately told me "you have to come inside for that" this was not made aware to me prior as I went through the drive through, I was unable to apologize as she left to find the manager since he was the only one who apparently knew where the medication was. When she handed me my meds she repeatedly and unprofessionally told me this wouldn't happen again and I have to come inside next time. Had this information been made aware to me prior I would have no issue coming inside however this information is not posted. The fact I was treated and spoken to like a child is despicable, clearly Gina needs better training when speaking with customers. If you have a sign on the window stating customers should be nice to staff maybe CVS staff should be nice to their customers

I had explained to the lady pharmacy clerk that I shouldn't be billed no more than $4.00 for each of my prescription except for 1 prescription. So she resubmitted the prescriptions that weren't going through correctly again and she was able to get my prescriptions covered. If she had not tried to resubmit my prescriptions I would not have been able to pay for the prescriptions and would have to go without them. I am so very thankful that the employee was not a computer or automated system because I would have not been helped. I will keep using the Walmart Pharmacy and recommending them.

Well if that is what you are thinking all I can say is take a trip here and see if you can get everything on your shopping list. All the aisles are narrow and shorter than all other super centers you will come across. You will have to either wait to make it through an aisle or walk forever until you find one that you can go down. As for the merchandise, you will find the most popular items on the shelf, but not the one you want. The first issue is when I asked if they had a particular item - AFTER LOOKING MYSELF - the girl simply stared at me like I was a moron. Hey- sorry to bother you. I'll let you get back to pushing back your cuticles at the counter and daydreaming out the window. The second issue pertains to the prices which, even though they are a corporation - seemed really high for me in terms of other places I have been to.
