I was in a time sensitive situation and they were not open, so I bought hardware to assemble the bed. It was not my fault that they misplaced the hardware or neglected to have it attached to the bed so I sought a refund for my purchase. I presented them with a receipt for a refund and received a hard NO! Customer service determines where I spend my money NOT ARROGANT INDIFFERENCE!
