Agent did not show me the policy he wrote before submitting it an insurance company. When I finally saw the home policy it did not have items I wanted in the policy and also, when I saw the auto policy it was not what I wanted. Getting changes to both policies was a chore. And then over a month later I get billed even more money for a change to PIP of Unlimited when I requested $500,00. I tried rectifying that with Frankenmuth and Reed Ins. and they blamed me for not signing a document that stated the PIP should be $500,000 instead of Unlimited. I sat in the Reed Insurance offices and signed every document the agent slid across to me when I signed the necessary documents for the policies at the time initiating the policies. So up the present I get a surprise bill to increase the PIP to unlimited. I feel I wasn't treated with respect and felt like instead was treated with dishonesty. read more
