Dr Oltmann worked with me for 3 or so years. I have a total knee and hip in my right leg so wound infection could have resulted, at the worst, implant infection and amputation. Dr. Oltmann worked diligently and after a time I'm now completely healed with my leg intact. I thank God for Dr. Oltmann. She is excellent!! I will say that it took me several weeks to get an appointment and at one point i was getting set to give up and go someplace else. The phone is rarely answered and left several messages without a return phone call. I persisted and after two weeks, i finally got through. Then, they scheduled my appointment 5 weeks down the road, Yes, I know, It sounds brutal. If you're patient, you will get your turn. The office staff is professional, for the most part, with a few minor hiccups. But i believe this is the place to go.

She has also made excellent, unofficial suggestions for quality doctors for me to visit when I felt frustrated by them. In short, anything Tina has ever suggested has been right, and I tell her this all the time. Novacare is grounded in their approach to treating you like a person first, not just an injury. I work from home and don't keep a consistent schedule. Peggy, the office manager, is very helpful about finding me appointments and letting me switch appointments when I need to. I've never had issues with insurance, receipts or billing, unlike some other big hospital systems that have given me insane headaches. However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!
