The service and repair to the machine is fine as far as I know. It runs. The customer service is lacking. They do not date the service tickets nor did I have to sign a service receipt saying I picked it up. The only thing I signed was a credit card receipt. The merchant did not offer an apology for taking so long on the service. I called ahead of time to make sure my machine was pulled out and ready to go. They did not have the machine pulled out and nor did they come around go the front right away as we had to wait. Next time I need service I will find another shop.
