I am SO grateful for his work. He performed a bunionectomy on me and I have to say that it was an exceptional experience. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first surgery, but he and his staff blew me away. I may have to have my other foot done one day, and I will absolutely have him do that one as well. It's hard to find good medical care in this rural area sometimes, but now we have an excellent foot/ankle specialist. HIGHLY recommend!

She is not a licensed doctor, and I felt violated and as if I couldn't discuss my personal medical concerns with the doctor. I was tentative about going to a podiatrist for the first time, but Mrs. Breen, who runs the office, made me immediately feel at ease, guiding me through filling out the required medical history paperwork. She then escorted me to a room in the back where both she and Dr. Breen spent time looking at my legs and discussing their condition with me. The prescription ointment they suggested has really helped the healing process, and the information about using compression socks of an appropriate type was also very helpful. I have a follow-up exam with them next month and am so happy I selected them as my caregivers. They do sensitive examinations, take the time to listen and discuss....nothing is pressured or rushed. I can't recommend them enough.

Withholding Test Results: This facility did not give me test…read moreresults until I happened to visit again 6 months later and asked about them. After that, the results were still not included in my notes or visible on MyChart. When I finally asked for complete records, I discovered a second important, undisclosed result 9 months after the exam. Administrative Contradictions: I arrived a few minutes late for an appointment and was told I could not be seen. However, after further discussion it became apparent that the provider was otherwise occupied and would have had to reschedule anyway. I had previously received a voicemail, but it did not relay this information. Meanwhile, I had received multiple reminders about the appointment, including one that morning. Unexplained Test Results: I requested a printout of my records and can now see that a second result was not shared with me. Had I not asked for a printout (when the provider could not see me at my scheduled appointment) 9 months after the exam, I would not have received this information at all. After asking to wait and briefly see the provider to ask what this second result means, I was refused. Patient Harassment: While looking up the result on my phone to try to understand what it means, I was asked to leave. I could then hear the office staff laughing. After leaving the office and sitting in my car looking at my phone, I was approached by security and again asked to leave. Fortunately, the security officer was empathetic and gave me a complaint form. His was the only decency and kindness I encountered during the visit.

One time they overcharged me by about $70 and then refused to refund me saying I had to use it as a credit. What the heck? It's their fault and that's my money. The next time they rescheduled me to an earlier time without checking with me. They just sent me an email to my work email but I was on vacation so I never saw it. So they rescheduled me without my consent and then when I was late to the appointment, I got shorted on my massage by about half an hour. Office staff was rude and did not care that they had inconvenience me and charged me money for something I did not receive again. Update. After I called the office on my way to my massage appointment, they offered to reschedule after I told him I did not see their message and was now stuck in road construction. So that was a bonus. Also, I received a call from the office manager the day after I wrote this review. Office mgr told me that they had in fact credited my credit card the $70 they owed me. The thing is no one told me that and I was simply told I had used up all my credit. The office manager wanted to talk to me so I explained to her the problem. I also told her I was super busy and in the middle of loading up the truck for a dump run. It took three tries to get her off the phone after I told her I couldn't talk right now and then she wanted to call me back to talk about it more. I'm not quite sure why. All I want is good communication about appointments and billing. I sort of felt like I was being interrogated about my complaint and it was pretty uncomfortable.
