There is no management here.The rent goes up here every year and there is no improvement. The roads are horrible. The tow service does nothing. The Google description is a lie. There is no billiards. The pool is never clean and was only open a 2 weeks this year. We have no maintenance. The playground has broken equipment. The police have been to the same address two times in 15 days. And before that it was a house down. You call inspire they dont answer or call you back. We never renew our leases just told you now owe a amount more. Why? 2 years ago rent was raised $30, last year $40 & this year $60. There needs to be a law governing mobile home parks.

Do not move here. Although the onsite management try to do the best they can, the company that ownes it, inspire, dose not care about their residents. I had an overgrown tree that we repeated asked to be trimmed for 3 years. We were told "it's on the list". No one ever showed up to do the work. It was so bad that electric lines were in danger. As well as 500 dollar hole in my roof. We had to hire a private trimmer at the cost of 1000 dollars to take care of it. And a roofer to fix my roof to the tune of 450$. When we tryed to recoup our expenses we were informed that it's on us. Even though it was their responsibility to maintain said tree, nothing was done. After repeated email to them we were basically ignored. Find another park to move to that does care about their residents. read more

Lovely park. Great management. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Lot was prepared perfectly and move went very smoothly.

If you're looking for a safe clean Community to live in you're not going to find it here. The manager doesn't live on site which leaves her far removed from reality after dark. These are the kind of people that will kick you when you're down rather than to extend a hand to help you up. read more

DONT COME AND LIVE HERE!!! They will tow your car if it's parked not parked on the driveway!!!! They will charge you $75 dollars for a parking lot at the office if u have more than two cars. And even then they will tow your car if its parked at the "entrance" of the office saying its blocked without giving u a warning. Its not worth it don't waste your money here read more

Redwood Estates in a nice community. They have impressed me by actually following through on their promise and repaving all the streets in the park. They only get a 4 star rating because they don't allow non-aggressive large dogs. I do have to give kudos to management; they are very stricked when it comes to enforcing the rules. This really does keep the ghetto riff-raff from taking over. I have never had to deal with management in person so I'm not sure if the other review posted here is accurate. But like I said, management is stricked and she probably wasn't following the rules and she got mad. read more

We are now owned by a big corporate company INSPIRE COMMUNITIES that couldn't care less about the long haulers who have lived here for decades by increasing lot rent & adding different fees when most are on fixed incomes & barely making it as is, corporate greed at it's finest. Now many fear if they have to run back into their homes briefly w/o reparking back in their driveways that might be on the other side of their homes they could get towed as soon as they turn their backs because the property manager has given permission to the tow truck vultures to come into the private property to take any & everyone parked in the street no matter what time of day. It used to be 10pm vehicles left on street are subject to being towed. We have MANY elderly that have caretakers that come to check in on them that might not have a space to park other than the street in front of that persons home,they are expected to park at the clubhouse where there's NO parking as is & walk to those addresses. REDICULOUS!!! They keep cramming more & more over priced trailers in & knocking perfectly good trees down, yet I can count 5 neighbors right around me that have been asking for years to take down certain dead/dying trees. We've been here for 10 yrs & we have begged for speed bumps to be installed + potholes only get temporarily fixed & only a few months after they're repaired they open back up. We FINALLY got some street lights repaired about 2 months ago, but already have a few out which makes it VERY dark & unsafe in some areas of the community. Since the new company took over we do not have management living on property to assist after hours + to monitor the riff raff that keeps happening here. We had 1 neighbor very close to us get held up at gun point this last January while sitting in his driveway & several others have had their cars sifted through & items stolen. There's a handful of good samaritans that look out for our community to help deter as much as they can, but even the police take forever to show up if at all. read more
