The customer service was horrible, we sat at our table for over 10 mins and still had to ask another waitress to help us then our waitress came to rush off giving us hot bottled water. My buddies and I visited REDTAIL for the first time. This place was a vibe. Good music and The service was fast. The drinks were pricey but worth it. , it's on the strip so nothing to be surprised about. We shared a few laughs with the female host and the security. The food was delicious . Try the Buffalo wrap it's amazing. They have beer pong, and an awesome selection of adult games. The security hooked us up with a guy who added us to guest list so we got to check out zouk nightclub and see Zedd! This will be our regular bar now that it's football season as it seems to get lit. Had reservations. Received an email they cancelled 5 minutes before our reservation time. We were already on our way. Made reservations because we knew the weekend would be busy and we were trying to avoid long waits. Wish I could give negative stars. Went to my friends wedding at resorts world this weekend and they booked a karaoke room for the wedding attendees after the wedding ended. When my friend made the reservation, she informed them that her wedding was ending at 12pm and we would be there shortly after (the wedding was directly upstairs on the rose rooftop) we arrived at 12:15, and were greeted with two young girls with perhaps the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. They told us we were late and they had given away our booked room. The bride was upset, as this was the plan for our large group and when she began asking if they could do anything about it, the girls literally started laughing in her face. Disgusting. If we were late and you can't accommodate, there's a way to handle it politely and professionally. These girls were vile and should consider a new job where they don't have to interact with people. Wish I had gotten their names. But this was Saturday night 04/08 at 12:15am. Check your schedules and make sure they learn to be decent humans. -100/10 would not recommend. read more

Hostess were nice, but upon entering my group was told there was a $20 minimum per person with a 20% gratuity which was no problem at all until we waited 20 min and was NEVER got greeted by a waitress and we seen that every other table was being served but us. We decided to leave on that note and although this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, it ended up being great because we left that place and won a nice amount in the casino. We walked in and had outside drinks. The hostess told us we couldn't go in the bar but we could keep them out front. They have life sized beer pong out front and we were playing. A different employee came up and told us we couldn't have outside drinks. I told him the hostess said we could have them out front where we were. His response was "well I'm telling you no." It would have been fine except he was extremely rude and they waited to tell us only after part of our group already ordered from the bar. It's obvious why this place isn't busy. First time for a Fantasy Football Draft, which btw they take of the draft board for you too. The second time was for NFL opening night Bucs vs Cowboys. Main issue with this visit was the waitress blatantly lying to us and charging MORE than the total on my receipt. We were also told by a manager that 'house" water is not offered on the weekends.. yet the table to the left and right both had the house water. Went here yesterday and wish I hadn't. I don't know who these people think they are but basic bar food is not that hard and they failed at it completely. Nam pa wings were obviously frozen pre-breaded from a restaurant supply truck with corn syrup sloshed on top. Do you really think in this day and age we have not tried foods from around the world? That we would be fooled by cheap antics? The five spice boneless wings had actual clover in them and, yes, they tasted like someone was cutting the lawn nearby and grass stuck to the breading. Awful. It was also supposed to come on the side and didn't. The waitress then said "sorry, but its ok right?" and did nothing. Good place to good for the game. It's like Hooters but more on the high end side of it. They have all sports games up and all these cool games for you to play. I got the garlic wings and bbq wings. Nice and crispy and 2lbs was about 24-26 wings. Bartenders are nice and there's a dj there to play music during commercial breaks which was pretty nice. It kept the energy and vibe going. I never leave reviews for places but this one definitely deserves one. The food and service provided by the bartenders and our server was amazing but from start to finish the bouncer was so RUDE. When we first arrived, he was already rude and did not smile or greet us when asking for IDs & so on. I ignored this because I thought we wouldn't have to deal with his attitude once we were inside but somehow this man was in everyone's business. The only time I saw him smile was when he wanted to play the big beer pong with his friends (while we were playing... so he was nice to us) but after this, I watched him be rude to multiple parties that tried to enter ... including our party AGAIN. When we were paying our tabs, he was super in our face and rude about adding gratuity to our bill because of our party size that grew as our family/friends joined, which is no problem because our server was amazing BUT THERE'S A CERTAIN WAY TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND NO NEED TO GET IN PEOPLE'S FACE. I could go on & on but long story short, he was the only thing that ruined the experience for us. My friends & family won't be coming back just because of this guy.
