Warning to Future Residents. These apartments are filthy. Redpoint does not clean their apartments after tenants move out but charge the tenants for cleaning services. We had our apartment professionally cleaned and they still want to charge 60.00 for a cleaning and expect the students to paint their rooms or incur a 50.00 charge if they do not. Redpoint is charging but not doing the services. They will not speak to you just send a final invoice. I tried calling the management team, Scion Group 301-704-5100 but they do not respond either. Worst decision in my life to rent from this company. Of all the places I've lived, this is the worst decision and worst apartment complex I've lived at. They pride themselves as a "Pet friendly" apartment complex but gave me the worst time of my life with my pet rabbits. They absolutely at all costs refused to allow my 3 pet rabbits. I then provided an ESA letter for the 3 rabbits and they refused to accept it. I then provided my fathers death certificate to substantiate my letter and they still refused. I was then threatened with lease termination and Animal Control to get rid of my pets. To top it off, they moved me into a dirty apartment that wasn't even the correct floor plan I had taken the lease over from. I literally took over an apt that wasn't cleaned, had bite marks on the sideboard and a clogged toilet. If the above wasn't enough, the roommates were absolutely horrible excuses of human behind and Redpoint refused at all costs- move me to another unit. They made absolutely no effort to make things better for me. None. I had to move out after they threatened my pets thus ruining my internship plans and Grad school career. Shame on You RedPoint! I am ASTOUNDED that my wifi even WORKS to POST THIS REVIEW. Literally seems that the complex changes our wifi provider 3 times a year. The new provider is Pavlov and they had to have individual routers installed in each room on the wall, and they don't even work! I pay nearly $800 a month and can't even get a signal to do my homework! Wanna watch Disney plus, Netflix or your new show airing on HBO Max Sunday night? Ooooo, better luck next time while you twiddle your thumbs looking at the wall! HOW FANTASTIC! What's more, is they have a gym and all the treadmills and the machines are broken and haven't been fixed once during my two years living here! What a dumpster fire! HOW CONVENIENT! With zero prior notice I was changed for 100% of the shared spaces move out fees. We had a very destructive dog, but it was a dog we all picked out and took care of. He did chew some molding and chewed the walls(yes he's went though a weird phase). So I was changed $1078 for everything. Included: Walls, Molding Kitchen that was clearly not cleaned properly from last tenet Wear and tear on very cheap carpet that had three spots of "damage" over the course of 2 years of use. Blinds that were damaged on move in A hole in the ceiling from foundation shifts The desk that comes with the rooms because previous tenets left white paint or residue on the edges Dusty fan.. yes the fan had dust so that was beyond "expected wear" Then $179 for vacuuming a bed room and bathroom. Even my roommates that cleaned their rooms profusely were charged 100+ just for room cleaning fees. Absolutely absurd way to treat someone after two years of paying them $750+ a month. So if you are stuck moving into red point expect to have to do a full walk through of the house and video every inch or pay hundreds of dollars on move out. Also don't expect the pool to be open any time it's nice out because they have no security presence so it will be damaged and closed most of peak time. All in all the houses are ok but the poor management, inconsistent at best WIFI, and outdated appliances make a living space we all were happy to leave as soon as we could. read more

If you want an apartment where you'll make loads of friends and that is your only criteria, this is the place for you! If you want somewhere safe and livable, this is not the place for you. When it rains, it pours (literally). The windows are not sealed properly and Redpoint is well aware. Every time it rains, it will pour into your apartment and will make your living room a literal swimming pool though. I mean if you don't mind all of your stuff getting ruined, then it's not that bad. Once you move in, there will be a ton of promotions for events and free stuff which is great! However, once you live there a few months, you'll no longer qualify for those events, it's just for those who are resigning and newbies looking to move in next year. The BEST part about this apartment is that you no longer need white noise to fall asleep because you'll consistently hear gunshots. Falling out of bed at 2 am due to hearing an entire clip firing is normal, but you'll get used to it. There will be no need for watching NCIS or Criminal Minds either because behind my apartment a man shot at a group of people. You can watch Live action attempted murder from the comfort of your bed. I've even had someone try multiple times to break into my apartment and vandalize my car. The apartment's solution is "call the cops". But by the time everything goes down and the police show up, everything's over and nobody is to be seen. Once you move out they will charge you for things that are not by any means your fault or under your control. When you try to dispute the massive charges, they will immediately stop responding to your emails and won't even speak to you in person. For as expensive as these "luxury" apartments are (with such small square footage), you think you'd expect better service. If you don't mind being overcharged then once again, definitely the place for you. So, at the end of this review a summary. If you don't mind exchanging murder, gunshots, swimming pools in your living room, and more in exchange for possibly meeting a couple of students your age, this is the place for you! read more

If you are thinking about living here don't. My car got broken into and the apartment complex did not do a thing about it, there are no security cameras to cover any of the parking spaces. I have heard people say pass me the gun as some parties were going on down the street. They tried to take the most from my deposit, they charged me $45 to clean my toilet, even though in the picture proof they have it looks clean, and tried to charge me for damage that was already done to the apartment. They are inconsiderate of school, they scheduled move out day to be the same day as my summer final, and even though I moved out early I was stressing about my apartment because they could not push my move out a day later and my roommates left a mess that I did not want to get charged for. read more

Houses seem nice, but visitor parking is ATROCIOUS!! There are rarely any spots along the street to park, and no visitor lots, or at least none that I could tell due to lack of signage around the complex. And when I did park in an empty, unmarked "resident space" (one of many empty ones I might add), to ask my buddy where visitor parking was, my car got towed within FIVE minutes of me being there! My first year of living here I didn't really have any problems because I lived in one of their "cottages". This year, I live with my friends at their apartment and we've had a lot of problems with loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Do not live in their apartments they offer because you can hear everything (we live on the first floor). Redpoint can't really do anything about the noises but unless you get really lucky not having loud neighbors don't live here. There would also be loud bangs that sounds like gunshots and students throwing parties left and right during a pandemic:) read more

So I'll just start off with saying that our AC was broken for over a month and our apt was infested with bugs and it took them multiple days to take any action on fixing our problems. The management office sucks at communicating what is going on. They never told us what was going on unless we called. Half the time I called there was no manager or the person simply didn't know what to say. Although they did fix our issues it took them more than it should've and we continue to have issues. (The ceiling was leaking last week) The interim regional manager called me personally and told me they would try to compensate us for having to deal with having no AC ( which we did get window units but one day they decided to come take them out without even fixing the AC- we had to call to get them back) and living with bugs. DIDNT HAPPEN. We did not get a discount on our rent or even utilities. It now seems like that call was made just so we would stop complaining to the office...Let's just say this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don't live here read more

Student housing gets a bad wrap in general, and most reviews are just helicopter moms that are mad they didn't get to snake their way out of a legally binding contract. This place has been hands down the best apartment I've ever lived in. The cottage style is amazing, there's grass everywhere for my dog to run and play, neighbors are friendly, staff is fun, and the amenities are awesome. It's close to school, and the highway so the commute to work is easy. It's student housing so you'll have your partiers and weed smokers but honestly I don't care bc the good outweighs the bad. I 100% wish I could renew but unfortunately must move closer to work. You will not regret moving here. read more

I've lived in Redpoint for about 3 months and it's not my favorite place. Here's why: - Anytime there's a gap in the carpeting (aka the stairs or between the bedroom and bathroom tile) you run the risk of ramming a staple into your foot. Lots of fun. - I literally see multiple wasps flying by my back window every single day. This place has a wasp problem - My apartment is invested with gnats. Every room. Gnats gnats gnats. - Maintenance doesn't do the best job of getting back to you when you have a problem. Especially after you've lived there for a while and you're passed your "honeymoon phase" - Finally, this is my biggest complaint, the NUMBER ONE reason this place bugs the shit out of me. The apartments may be pet friendly, but THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT. Sure, I see dogs wandering around all the time. BUT, this is the 4th or 5th time in 3 months I've had to pry my dog's mouth open and pull out old, rotten food that someone else just heaved on the ground. While they were helping me, many people were coming in, since it was the end of the month and many people were paying rent and moving in. The management is horrible and they don't resolve anything and everything they do is unfair. The place itself is disgusting and it smells. The carpet was disgusting and it's bug infested. Believe me when I say STAY AWAY! I'm trying to save students the heartache and trouble dealing with these people. There are so many places so much nicer for the same price. If I could leave this place no stars, I would. I've never left a review ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE! I'd been dealing with management since a week before move in day which was 8/11/23. I expressed on my application that I did not want to be in a pet environment especially because I'm severely allergic to cats. I found out 8/10/23 that one of my roommates had a cat and expressed my concerns on 8/11/23. I was told to email management and that they'd get back to me. Move in day was approaching and I still hadn't heard anything back. I kept calling back and sooner or later I was placed somewhere else. MOVE IN DAY 8/18/23 I was walking into my new place and found out my new roommate had a dog and a cat.. I had all of my stuff ready to move in and it wasn't possible. I expressed my concerns to the office and they gave me no other options. The customer service skills that the management team has here are horrendous. It seems as if no one has ever worked a day in their life. They gave me no other options and I turned in my key. THAT SAME DAY AT 5:00pm one of my new roommates told me they offered her a spot in a non pet apartment ... even though I've had this problems for a week now and had been expressing my concerns. Now it's been two weeks since my initial complain and one since move in day. Long story short we now have to cancel the lease, we need to get a refund because I never moved in and none of this is my fault! And now we're dealing with corporate whether that means getting our lawyer involved or not because I was left with nothing. The office is useless, I'm not quite sure why they're even there. Every time it rains heavy, the back door leading into the kitchen floods. A work order was put in but nothing was ever done about it. Now there's water damage at the back entrance. The entire unit is practically falling apart. All the light fixtures in the stair well went out and one light fixture fell from the ceiling. Also, the floors feel like they are about to give out. The carpet is full of stains and when we make complaints about roommates that leave trash on the porch or outside their bedrooms, or when we have roommates smoke inside, nothing is done about it. Every single pet owner in this complex never picks up after their dogs so there is dog poop everywhere and landscapers will mow the grass and spread the dog poop onto the sidewalks and parking lot. The dumpsters are on the opposite side of the complex so the only way to take out the trash is to walk it all the way over there or to take it in your car which is disgusting. There's a lot more to say but the biggest thing is that our unit got robbed. All our keys got reset so the last person to leave wasn't able to lock the door. This gave someone the chance to rob us and take all our valuables from the common areas. Even after all this the rent keeps increasing. We continuously complained about a roommate that trashed the place and smoked weed on a daily basis and always invited sketchy friends to the unit. He would also leave the door unlocked all night so random females would sneak in at any point. Nothing was ever done. For some reason redpoint only cared when trash was left on the porch and if it was there for too long it would be charged as a service fee at the end of the month even though I don't live there during the summers. I guess redpoint draws the line at trash bags on the porch but is all for dog poop and trashy conditions. The instagram account is just a façade don't let them fool you with the smiles and filters. The only reason they cared about trash left on porches is because it doesn't match the "image" they have on their insta. If you want a cheap place to live then I guess this would work for you but I would never recommend this place. read more

This is the worst possible apartment complex in denton. Not only are the units old and disgusting when they move you in, they charge you move out fees that are more than your rent. A front desk staff told us to not worry about documentation of the issues when we moved in since they would take care of it. When it came time to move out they refused to honor that and claimed that they couldn't do anything without documentation. When I first moved in they overlapped our lease and moved us in with another girl whose lease wasn't up yet and forced one of us to live on the couch for a week. Front desk staff is rude, uneducated in their job and could not care less about any issues. One staff member tells you one thing and another tells you something completely different. When we signed they told us our lease would be a year and when we called back to double check they told us it was nearly a 2 year lease... after we had signed it. Even though we asked multiple times if it was only a year. It took me calling corporate for them to even answer us about the numerous issues. All upper level mangers are incompetent and don't know how to do their job. They tell you something completely wrong and then make you feel stupid for repeating exactly what they told you. There was a SHOOTING at the pool and they told nobody and didn't so much as close the pool the next day. Do not live here, they will scam you and don't have common sense. read more

If I could give Redpoint Denton zero stars I would without any hesitation. I regret ever signing here. In fact, I paid for June and I am not even staying in the community because I much rather live somewhere else than inside my unit and have to deal with management. First and foremost, I was assigned a bedroom that upon my arrival on move-in day was taken by my other roommate who was allowed to move-in an entire week before me even though I specifically requested early move-in because I am a student-athlete and I had to be in Denton for covid testing protocol. I had to go all the way back to the office because the code I had for the room THEY assigned me was taken by my roommate who THEY said could take my room because she had a small animal. Not a big deal if someone had notified me of the change before I got up at 3 am to drive from Houston to move-in before I had to go to covid testing at the University. The office apologized and gave me a new code. Did not work. I got another new code. Did not work so finally six hours after arriving at my unit, one of the employees set the code for me manually. The other reviews on here about Redpoint selling you on a unit and getting something entirely different are COMPLETELY TRUE. I have never met so many incompetent and ignorant people in my entire life. If you have a pipe burst or a fire (it does happen) make sure to have personal insurance for all your belongings specifically. Redpoint is far too concerned with their own financial gain to be considerate of their tenants. I unfortunately caused a fire in my unit due to some inexperience with olive oil and trying to deep fry orange chicken. I had signed up for the $11 insurance through Redpoint as stated on the lease. There is no paperwork provided and Redpoint will not have a copy of the insurance documents in their own system so DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH THEM. Instead there are coverage plans through Allstate that are not just personal liability but actual renter's insurance. I lost a MacBook Pro in the fire and was trying to find out about my insurance that I pay online through Redpoint using the Residence Portal every month in addition to my rent and Redpoint was no help. The repairs on my townhome also took over three months and the repairs were not that extensive. Redpoint just gave a baloney excuse for not conducting the repairs a month after the fire. I mean shoot, the Clubhouse had a pipe burst during the winter storm and the repairs are still not done if that tells you anything about the kind of management this place is under even at the main level. The regional manager is terrible. SCION Group is terrible. NEVER EVER TALK ON THE PHONE WITH THEM, EMAIL TO HAVE PROOF OF EVERY CONVERSATION. The people here will try to underhand you even with the most valid claims. THEY will lie to you. The positive reviews are not how most people feel living at Redpoint. My friends and I all hate it severely. Also, the units are absolutely outdated and DISGUSTING. There was hair left by old tenants in my unit. The AC in my unit busted three days before moving-in and again after moving into my unit. I had not been in the unit for a full 24 hours yet and the smoke detector was needing to have the battery changed. I had to do that myself because it was after office hours. The washing machine which I personally put in FIFTEEN OR SO WORK ORDERS ABOUT took two months to be resolved stating that there was not an issue before they eventually replaced the whole thing because it was broken. The lights in the THREE STORY TOWNHOME did not work. My roommate actually fell once with her dog. The lights still do not work right but for the most part they do work. I really do not have the time to keep putting in work orders on things I have already put work orders in about and that should work. It just goes to show that the owner of Redpoint Denton specifically is cheap. I work in Grapevine and during my lunch break my roommates are talking about someone being moved into our townhome since we had an empty bedroom. Redpoint did not contact or give ANY OF US a 24 hour notice. I was at work while an individual who I had never met was moving into my place of residence. I was upset because I did not have any notice and that is not okay to just randomly move someone in without notifying EVERYONE about the situation. If one of my roommates said it was okay. I am happy that she said it was okay but she also said to ask the other two people who pay rent for the unit and live them as well. It is common courtesy. When I got home from working my 8 hour shift at the office + an hour in traffic, my key did not work so I had to go to the Clubhouse to get it fixed. Everything in the unit looks cheap. It is not worth the extra money you have to pay. I recommend looking at the VIRIDIAN, NTX Apartments, or THE RETREAT. You get far better amenities and no management team could be worse than the individuals who you have to deal with at Redpoint. read more

I rarely leave a review for anything, but I would give Redpoint Denton 0 star if I could. I regret signing the lease here. I took over someone's lease, it was a renew lease so nothing complicated here. However, when I no longer attended to school in Denton and moved to another city for transferring school, I needed to sublease and it became the most complicated thing everrrrr seen. I asked the office what could I do to move out and they said to have someone taking over my lease. Yes, I did found someone, gone through application and background check. However, that guy did not pay the rent and I am the hook for them to find even though I've gone for awhile. They said because the lease term is under 6 months left, so that they can't cross my name out of the lease; which means I have to pay the rent if he does not. I am willing to pay a fee to break the contract - "$200 delegation fee." They never told me to pay any fee. Instead, it ends up with him does not pay, but me and my cosigner needs to take that responsibility. The manager even told me that's between me and the sublease guy, not them. read more

I am a parent (guarantor) of a student currently living in the Republic. The website states "All rates are per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 20, 2015 to August 3, 2016 and include furniture, Internet, cable TV, lawn service, all amenities.". The reality of internet and cable TV being included is that they have an arrangement with Verizon where 1 of the roommates has to put the bill for the entire unit in their name, pay that bill every month directly to Verizon and then take the printed bill to the office to receive a billing credit on their account with the republic. We have had issues with not being credited, then being told when we try to get caught up that it was too late, etc. Its been a real pain. We also have the situation where one of my daughter's roommates was evicted and we don't know whether her cable box was returned to Verizon or is missing. We're trying to verify that now. The other issue is with the electricity allowance, even in the winter months there were overages to pay. We also had trouble with the thermostat as others have reported. I also have to add that we couldn't figure out why the utilities overage significantly increased once one of my daughter's roommates was was evicted. The office told my daughter that they had to recover the charges and that her portion was being split between the remaining roommates. I had to get involved and they stopped splitting the charges when I pointed out that they couldn't recover the charges from the remaining roommates while seeking to recover those charges from the evicted roommate. However, we did not receive a credit for the months when they did that before we pointed it out, and I have no way of knowing how much we were being overcharged. We decided to let it go rather than fight it out with them, but honestly it was quite frustrating. All in all, the apartment is really nice, but some of the processes/procedures in place detract from the overall experience to the point where I am encouraging my daughter to rent elsewhere next time. read more

THE WORST STUDENT LIVING IN DENTON. The apartment that we saw during the tour was not anything CLOSE to what we got. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. Management is awful. I had an emotional support animal (with an ESA letter) that lived with us up until we didn't sign another year. They threatened to evict me or get animal services involved if I didn't remove my dog from the premises (even though he was allowed to stay there). Pet friendly, my ass! Moving out, we had a few damages, and they stuck me with a $1050 bill to fix a few pieces of cheap laminate flooring. Redpoint will try to take as much money from you as they can. read more

I called Redpoint-Denton needing an immediate move in...6 days later, I was moving in. The process from start to finish went very smoothly with the help of Nate who was very helpful and professional. I called several times with questions and left messages and he promptly responded. The complex is pretty quiet and well kept up. I will recommend that you give Redpoint a try. read more

If you actually want to get ahold of people and have people answer your questions I wouldn't sign here. They are TERRIBLE at communication. So is there corporate office so don't expect much out of that either. It is an all around terrible apartment complex to go through. They don't give a damn about helping you out or answering questions and getting back to you. New owner or management will charge you for everything. They will find anything to charge and won't care. They charged us every month for their monthly inspections. No garbage disposal and ac was constantly broken in 100 degree weather, and wouldn't spend any money to fix it. The hot tub isn't really a hot tub and I had my car broken into three times in this area. The first year I lived there with a different owner it was great we re signed and THEN they got a new owner and it went down hill and I wouldn't have re signed with him if I knew. I am a parent of a student here. While the apartments themselves are nice, I wouldn't recommend moving here unless you know all the roommates. They have a "matching service" like most dorms, but they don't help when there is a roommate dispute. When my daughter was receiving abusive and threatening text messages, they offered mediation. When the roommate didn't show up, they wouldn't do anything else. As another reviewer mentioned the FIOS bill is a joke. One roommate has to be the contact, and she refused to bring the full bill to the management office, she would only send a screenshot of a "amount due". When asked for the full bill so we could see what she had on the account (we were pretty sure she had a DVR in her room that she wouldn't tell anyone about), she refused to show it. The management again refused to push the issue. Instead of insisting the roommate bring in the bill, they told my daughter to just pay it. All in all the management isn't helpful, they are just interested in cashing the checks. read more

Upon move in I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this establishment. I was asked to wait an hour and a half before actually being able to get into my apartment on the DAY OF MOVE IN. My key was not properly working with the door. That was an error on their part. I also was told that my key would be waiting for me in the mail after being fixed which also did not happen. This led to me being left on my porch at 1 am waiting to be let inside my own apartment that i had already paid rent for. Very terrible at keeping their word obviously and this is just the beginning of my lease. I'll be calling corporate in the morning. That is all. read more

It is horrible how they take advantage of college students who are first time apartment hunting. They don't explain the process (despite what the management says) and students sign and are approved for leases without any verifiable income. The incentives must be great to work there because they try to meet quotas rather than explain how the process actually works. If you go there, don't sign anything until it is explained. Otherwise if you unknowingly sign their lease, you will be stuck paying for it or a 450.00 fee even if you have no verified way to pay your rent. Overall, living at the Republic at Denton has been a great experience. However I do wish the furniture was better. Nearly all of the dining chairs in my apartment unit are unstable. Also the people who have dogs do not scoop up behind their pets so there is often poop in the grass and on sidewalks. read more

I'm really enjoying my place here at The Republic at Denton - the whole apartment feels like an actual home and is as cozy as can be; my only complaint is that my tub gets clogged really easily and the kitchen has no garbage disposal. Other than that, love it! read more

my lease is coming to an end but i resigned for the upcoming year, they only gave a 1 year lease option so watch out for that. the little house my roommates and i have is nice. however the appliances are out of date and not the best. which for what we are paying for it would be nice to have nice appliances that don't burn your food constantly or a washer that shakes and sounds like shots & finally a dryer that dries your clothes within at least the first two attempts on trying to dry your clothes. the office and the maintenance people are pretty responsive from all of my experiences from them. my only real complaint is that they do fake giveaways or competitions within the community to win prizes. rent is 700 minimum and what they do with the money who knows. the gym is okay at best. the pool is nice if they had more than 3 sun chairs that don't have rips or are completely ruined. anyone can come into the pool if they wanted to which isn't that big a of deal but when elementary or middle schoolers show up and start climbing and jumping in and splashing everyone it's not the best. but other than that it's a good place to live. just watch out for all the parties and if you have anything valuable i'd suggest buying a safe. read more

I lived at the Republic the last two semesters and would not recommend it to the majority of people. Pros: nice pool, clean apartments with updated kitchens, nice gym and free coffee in the clubhouse. Cons: pool is PACKED in the summer with beer cans EVERYWHERE and everybody is either drinking or already drunk. It is such a beautiful pool and court area, unfortunately it is basically a mating ground for intoxicated college students, and nobody seems to know how to throw trash away in the trashcan. I could never get any sleep due to my neighbors constant partying and management told me they could do nothing about it. There are hidden fees everywhere, and it is already pretty pricey to live here. The pet deposit is nonrefundable (which they lied to me about when I signed my lease) and management will do anything and say anything to get you to sign a lease and then screw you over. If you like to party, drink, be social and are really to pay for the nice amenities, then this is definitely the place for you. If you like to sleep and study peacefully, things kept clean and working, management who respects you, and neighbors who want to do more than drink or party, this is not the place for you. read more

The worst place you can choose to live.... I made about 7 different calls to the front office about maintenance issues, noise complaints, poor service, illegal substances and none of my calls were ever returned. Worst of all, they added "new policies" throughout the year. They suddenly did not replace lightbulbs anymore 1/2 way through the lease and the people who were conducting the quarterly inspections (way too frequently) barged into my room just to name a few. Most people who lived here will tell you it's not a great pick, especially considering the steep rent. My suggestion? get an efficiency somewhere else in Denton or a 2 bedroom with a roommate... better service, lower cost. read more

The price is ridiculously too much for a small college city like Denton where there's nothing and nobody special enough to pay over $500 a month period.This was a good place to live unless you really value quiet. There were loud parties in other apartments and housing units every single weekend. There were bottles, cigarettes, can and trash all over the grass and walkways too. My unit was very nice even though the furniture was very small. They give you a hard time if you try to sublet and say they're searching for someone to fill your space but I never saw the fruits of that labor. read more

This place has sugar coated all over it. Everything looks nice at first. The leases are super expensive. My roommates and I pay over two grand combined for a tiny shared apartment per month. There's constantly noise in the parking lot either from sound systems, fights, or drunk people yelling at odd hours. Management is awful in the way they claim they'll handle situations, but never do. Neighbors are super loud and you will hear every party on either side of your room until 5am. Plus they claimed they got rid of the "furniture fee of $35" but all they did was added it into the new rates by raising them. This place is a joke, look elsewhere if you ever want any type of sleep!!! read more
