Fall mums and pumpkins and today I went for my Christmas tree and can tell you they are the best trees around. The selection is huge and they are putting as many as they can in pots of water to keep fresh! Nobody else I know does that. The trees are so nice, full and fresh. I imagine they won't last even though they have hundreds now. They're too nice to pass up. Remember always try to tip the staff when they trim the tree up, net it and put it on or in your car. I'm sure the staff depends on extra money for Christmas and I have zero relation or incentive to say please tip. Just a long time customer that appreciates small businesses and great service. It's hard to find these days.

I tried asking online but didn't get anywhere with that. So, I thought I would be out searching all day. I've only been living in Browns Mills since November 4th and do not know the area. I recalled one name, so I put it in the GPS. I went to Briands Garden Center, 1926 Route 206, Southampton, NJ 08088. I drove in and saw a few blankets outside and thought that was it. I went to turn the car around to leave and saw the sign for bigger blankets inside. So I hesitated a minute, and a man came out. He directed me to park right in the driveway (I was coming out of) which was wonderful, since I am disabled and it saved me a lot of walking. When I went into that white greenhouse, I was astounded to see so many wonderful creations. There were so many to choose from, and beautiful! None of those green things with a red bow! I bought an extra large blanket that was beautifully adorned with a cardinal ribbon, pinecones, white branches, and more. It was perfect. I also bought three "pillows" for my grandparents and my mom and Dad (single grave). Then the gentleman made two boughs for my great, great Aunt Mary and one for my Uncle Sonny (LeRoy Brown). As far as the gentleman goes, I should have asked his name. I'm terrible with names and probably would have forgotten anyway, but he was a real blessing to me. This home I moved to is barren outside, no grass and not a single plant in sight, so I will be coming back in the early spring to see what he can do for my poor yard. In closing, I needed something really special, for my beautiful Aunt Bette, who passed away in June. She took me in when I was 14 and never let me go. She saved my soul. P.S. Hopefully I can come back to add the photos tomorrow. I only had the stamina to get them today, tomorrow my sister will help me take them to the cemeteries.

The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage... The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item. All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!
