Once you are gone, they have no concern for your wishes, particularly to be resting in a park like setting with no big ugly headstones nearby. Even when you choose a plot in the middle of the "no headstone" area, they will sell a flower bed next to you to place a headstone. Just for money. My dear Mother is NOT resting in peace, thanks to the current managers of Chestnut Hill.

Instead of cremains at their Kent location where we started, I was told to go get them myself in Green, an hour and a half trip, or pay $100 to pick them up in Kent, and they had no intention of helping with any of that. Getting them in Green is a big problem because you have to make an appointment for only when it suits them, just between 9 and 3 which is bad enough for people who have a job but their availability to meet you is so limited it makes date and time choices way too restrictive.
