Brought my vehicle, Old Blue, in for evaluation. Had a pinion seal leak and what sounded like a…read morebearing noise. After evaluation I was charged $178 for this inspection and the estimate of repairs . I was told they had topped off the axle gear oil after I specifically asked them to do so. They said my truck needed $2800+ in repairs. This included replacing every part they would touch doing the axle bearing and seal repair Plus all bearings and other associated parts in the rear axle and seal repair. This included rear brake pads and rotors, both U-Joints and all differential bearings as well as the axle bearings. I took the truck to a well established local shop, which does not do axle/rear differential work, which I had trusted for years, to replace the U-joints, which was one of the items Johnnys said needed replacement. They were fine and needed no service. I asked about the axle gear oil. They checked it. IT TOOK 2 PINTS TO FILL IT. Johnnys not only furnished a greatly inflated estimate and charged me for such, they lied about topping off the gear oil. Then charged me to lie to me. NEVER USE THESE people. THEY are TOTAL CROOKS !!

I was traveling from FL to TN and noticed some transmission fluid under my truck. We called them…read moreand they were to close at 5 pm. We told them our situation and they said someone would wait till we got there around 5:25 pm. They put my truck in a lift and checked our transmission fluid level and said it was ok. By the time we left they had stayed about 45 minutes after closing to help us out. They were super nice and didn't even want payment. We did leave them a tip because of staying late and helping us out. I would definitely stop there again.

Started to feel a strange 'hitching' in the engine when I changed gears and thought it might be a…read moretransmission issue. Called A+, and they let us know they could take care of us in a few days. We made an appointment, and brought her in. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem, fortunately it was not as bad as we thought, and they were able to fix it later that day. It is now running smooth and feels like new. I would strongly recommend A+ if you want a job done right, by honest mechanics, at a fair price.

Called about the valves SAME DAY and the guy said "we don't have any valves but you could buy some from us". 2nd visit for my A/C blowing hot ..left something hanging under my car. Didn't notice until i was home. 3rd visit (hubs took it this time) was an oil change and the light was on the day they did it and several days after... i wouldn't take a bicycle to them at this point. ‍

Zero stars. Came in for an oil change. Left with a flooded ac blower motor. Their response..."Why…read moredidn't you bring it back?" Not that it mattered to them (or corporate), we had a family emergency and needed to get back to NH. Spoke to corporate and all they did was shift the blame and tell is that "if we take it to a reputable mechanic to diagnose the issue"...they will DISCUSS liability... Theres nothing to discuss. The ac was working before yall replaced the ac filter and now there's NO ac at all...due to a fried ac blower motor. I was dealing with someone we'll call 'Andrew G" from corporate and now his extension number has been removed from correspondence emails and no one is returning our calls. I had mentioned a pinion seal leak. when David checked, it was 2 pints low. This after another shop was paid to fill it and told me it had been filled. Tire Mart charged me next to nothing compared to the trust I have and have had in them servicing my truck. Only the oil. They have always done quality work for me. They don't do MAJOR repairs, but what they have done for me has been great with no issues. A truly HONEST business. Thank you, David. I'd give you 10 stars if I could !!!

If you have a car problem and it's Not related to tires, DONT come here…read more They will accept your car (like they did with us) and it'll take them weeks to "figure out" what is wrong. Our car overheated with coolant everywhere, left the car there. It took them 3 days and they replaced the busted hose but they did Not investigate further. As a result we got stranded after 10 miles. Back to Tire Mart so they can see what happened. He said they tested the radiator (for blockage) three times and "it's not the radiator ", then insisted to keep it to "figure it out" again. It remained three for over 2 weeks with excuses such as : "we don't have enough mechanics" and "we tested everything and it's Ok". We felt helpless but we're not fools. After recommending to them to conduct a "pressure test " for the radiator and to check sensor and the water pump, their answer was that everything "seems Ok". Really??? We had the vehicle rolled back to Broward county, into the Nissan Dealership. We received an answer in 4 hours, it was the radiator. They said it's not only "blocked" but it was "rusted", along with the thermostat. These are things that they can see if they truly conducted the tests. I DO NOT trust them and I know I was lied to.
