DO NOT GO HERE. Worst place to handle customers. Dropped my scooter off to have the oil changed and all was fine. I hadn't gotten a phone call in 3 hours so I called back. The guy had no manners and told me "it could be done. I don't know I have too many customers to worry about that". I would love to give negative stars If I could. The original owner of Redline that started in 1994 was Ed Hileman ,also ran Southern Ocean Sports Scuba Shop and 2 Tropics tanning salons , Ed was trying to retire on January 2018 and let his top wrench , Mike Ryan To take over the shop starting 1 Feb. 2018 ,The Blonde Lady had some family issues and moved on by the end of April 2018 ... Mike and his wife ran the store through the summer ... Real busy ! Fall season was real slow ! Mikes wife had her baby and he left the Redline for a heavy equipment job in south Ga. and I hear Ed went back sometime in Dec of 2018 to get the place going again !!! Do not go to this place. They are clueless. When we were there the employees were drunk and or drinking. No one could help us in the correct way. The show room was filthy. And I swear the older blonde lady that was there was making a drug deal over the phone. I am not exaggerating in any way shape or form. The most unprofessional environment ever.
