She listened to what I wanted (which a lot of other florists didn't!), and worked with me to create a colour scheme that looked beautiful with my ivory dress and my bridesmaids pink dresses. It was a great one-on-one experience, and I didn't feel rushed in any of my decisions. Wendy hand delivered my bouquets to me on my wedding day, then also delivered the buttonholes to the groom/groomsmen as well, along with instructions on how to pin them to their suits! The flowers were fresh and healthy, and looked beautiful in our photo's. Thank you Wendy!

I always find florists to be incredibly peaceful, with the staff gracefully arranging bouquets and completing every task very calmly; rather unlike other shops where sales staff bustle about in a great frenzy. When you step inside Francie Anne's the noise of the shopping centre it's housed in fades away as you slow down and wander among the flowers, making the difficult decision of exactly which of the beautiful options to purchase. The shop is surprisingly large and full of a wide selection of flower arrangements, so if you're after a last minute gift you'll probably be able to find something perfect here. They also do deliveries within the area. Everything was beautifully arranged, with the low lighting and pastel coloured walls really adding to the soothing atmosphere.

I asked if we could have green ribbon on there and she said well that colour is a little insignificant as the plant was green and I simply stated "well it's for a house warming gift that's all so I wouldn't mind if the ribbon was a neutral colour" and she shrugged her shoulders and shouted "WELL YOU COULD'VE SAID THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE". When she honestly gave myself to chance to speak. She is a very rude, aggressive person. Date- 26th of October, time visited- 2:20pm I would NOT recommend to anyone. My flowers were so beautiful and unique, in a white, old fashioned box with buckles and gold trim. It had the most beautiful white and green colour scheme (my fav colours) with white lilies and an array of beautiful green flowers and leaves. One stem was actually fashioned into an 'S' shape, the first letter of my name. The arrangement was so different you could tell a lot of thought and design had gone into the arrangement and selection of flowers. Definitely worth looking into if you are after something a bit special.

I have been fairly cynical in recent times to the value for money available at the florists I'd used, so much so, that the last time I wanted an impressive array I got up at the crack of dawn and drove to the flower markets at Rocklea, but there wasn't time for that, so Flowers by the Bay it was. When I arrived to pick up the bouquet imagine my surprise when she produced two of the lovliest and most generoud selections I'd seen in a very long time. The blooms were fresh, the colours coordinated and the arrangements artistic and tasteful. I'll definitely go back next time I need to say it with flowers.
