I would recommend them to others for sure. They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own. Their teamwork was on point. At no point did I feel like my belongings were jeopardized by bad communication or anything like that. I took a picture of the inside of their truck, which was very neat and organized, and that says a lot about their work ethic and care in their work. The crew was great at their work. I requested to have timbers doubled braced inside and out on the…read morestraight and corners. they did level the ground out like I ask, but the timbers were ONLY braced on the outside surface and some did not even get that. My husband, works with timbers and did not want them to twist and turn. I explained this to be done the way he had a project going on how to do their project. We bought the timbers the hardware and screws to do this project, only because of my husbands project. Now I have hardware and screws that weren't used and can not take back. We bought the amount needed in quantity, so it was boxes that got opened and could not be returned. For $2,200.00, I thought that the work could have been done better or done like requested. The 2 crew members did take time to level things out quite well. Thanks guys
