After quite some time he FINALLY got materials. I was told by Tim that "apparently" the manufacturer neglected to call him, and they had arrived two weeks earlier. Tim admitted he also did not check to see if they had arrived. He texts me to make an install date. On the date of install, I got one excuse after another, via text (if he communicated at all - which he did rarely) for the next week and a half. When he finally did show up, he had the wrong color resulting in further delay. I asked for my deposit back and I have yet to hear from him (it's been over two weeks). I would NEVER trust this man or this company. I am now stuck going to court, hiring an attorney to get my deposit back for work he never started. If he is ever recommended to you RUN! He is a scammer!

Dustin and Dan right away put a space heater and fan on the carpeting and finally ripped the carpet up so the wet carpet wouldn't cause damage. The carpet was going to be replace anyway and I told them they could rip it out. The fan is still running on the carpet in the closet as that is still soaking wet. Dustin was very personable and worked well with city water employees. He asked my permission for any changes that varied from our contract. I'm pleased with my walk in shower. There is one corner of the shower that looks like the paneling isn't fit correctly (it looks warped). When I asked about it Dustin stated it was because of the wall ( which I don't understand). For $16,500.00 I was hoping for a shower that was squared properly with no warp. However, other than one warped bottom corner the shower looks great. I would recommend Dustin and Dan to anyone looking to remodel their bath to a walk in shower.

We agreed on a price and I asked when he'd come out to do the work as I'd be out of town a bit. He assured me once they could get me on the schedule I would be contacted. This did not happen. I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.
