Parking is plenty and easy to get. Usually the times I've been there. It's not super busy. The ambience is pretty chill! I typically order on the phone and pick it up to take it home. Service has always been OK. The burgers are always delicious. French fries with the gravy is scrumptious! Always get the gravy! I always order the tomago burger which comes with a fried egg and fried onions on top. I always like to get extra lettuce and a cabbage slaw with the burger. And I don't think they charge for the extra lettuce or cabbage. Which is a big plus! A lot of places are always charging for every little thing. Being able to customize your burger the way you want and not being overcharged for it is a plus. I would recommend everyone that I know to come here! The burgers are priced very affordable! Not too expensive. Delicious quality hamburgers. Two thumbs up for me!

I had asked my server what he recommended between the Applewood and the PB&J burgers and he said the Applewood was really good. It was alright. I didn't really taste much of the cheese on it, it was a little bland. My partner got the BBB burger and that one was pretty good. I liked the sweet potato fries with the pumpkin sauce that came as my side. My partner loves the bacon ketchup. Trivia night was good. They were quick at first but then the questions slowed down quite a bit and left us a little bored between questions. The physical challenge round of holding up a beer stein was interesting and I'm not sure if I liked it or not. The featured category for the night was Disney Parks trivia and the website said there would be two rounds of it. There ended up only being one unless you count the physical challenge because they put Gaston's name on it. I did not see anywhere on their website, reservation system, or the trivia posting that there were any requirements to play trivia. It was about to start and the hostest announced that each person in our trivia groups were required to purchase an entree in order to play. I don't know if they enforced this but that was frustrating to hear that when we had no warning and were not planning on having an entire dinner. They handed out the trivia sheets before announcing it and didn't warn us then either. The trivia itself was a decent mix of difficulty for questions. The trivia prizes are linked to how much you spent which we found odd but understandable. (1st place gets a Slater 50/50 gift card worth 25% of their total check amount. 2nd gets 15%, 3rd gets 10%) This ended up feeling like a mediocre night. Maybe I just got unlucky with the burger I picked combined with the frustration of not having two Disney trivia rounds. My partner and friend had fun at least

I was really excited to try this place due to reviews and ordered the chicken tenders,…read morecheeseburger, and Hot Mess Fries. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders were a huge disappointment. They were extremely bland, had almost no flavor, and it seemed like they were missing the breading altogether. They tasted like they had just been fried until they were dry. At least my dogs enjoyed them. The cheeseburger patty itself had good flavor, but the toppings were underwhelming. Mine didn't have any lettuce (I'm not sure if it's supposed to), came with one very thick slice of tomato, and what looked like the end piece of an onion. Overall, it was pretty average. The Hot Mess Fries completely saved the meal. They were crispy, loaded with cheese, and the sauce was delicious. The sliced peppers added a nice kick and brought everything together. I'd definitely order those again.

The fries were perfectly crispy and the sauce they included was so yummy! The pineapple float was SOOOOOO GOOD, definitely the perfect treat for a hot summer day. Inside it looks like most sports bars with lots of TVs and a variety of seating inside and possibly patio seating for when the weather is right. We asked about the meat blend of the burgers and our server said that she didn't know because she works at another burger restaurant and gets the two mixed up. I also asked if the burgers were ground in house and she shook her head no. We started out by sharing the macaroni and cheese bites. They were fried nicely and had nice cheesy filling. Not sure what it was but they also left a weird after taste that I didn't like but maybe other people might not be bothered by. Since I didn't know what was in the burgers I ordered a Chicken Sandwich called Fowl Play. It was a big sloppy sandwich. I really wish they used knives and forks here because it was hard to eat as it was. It was reasonably GOOD but did run on the sweet side. The fries that came with it were fresh made and good. My husband tried the Green Chili Burger and asked for it to be cooked Medium-Rare. It came out well done. It was very good for a well done burger with good flavors and all but still it was well done. It also wasn't very busy but our server didn't feel the need to check on us so she didn't stop by until we finished. We told her the burger was well done instead of medium-rare. She said that she was sorry and took %15. off the burger on our check. Maybe we hit them on an off day. Server would not or couldn't answer questions about the food. (bad service) Medium-rare burger came out well done. (did server order it wrong?) Server didn't check on us. (bad or no service)
