No one returned my call and so I emailed that I cancelled my membership. But they still charged my account an additional two months. The only reason they stopped isi finally got them on the phone. I explained all of the attempts to cancel this membership, but they insisted on charging me for months that I wasn't a member. Good luck to anyone joining this gym Contacting anyone is near impossible. There are many other gyms that can give you better customer service.

I am trying to cancel my membership and they informed me that there would be a 30 day waiting period and I would be charged for that. I had to go online and fill out a form and when they received it they would count from that date. I heard nothing. After 6 days I emailed and finally got a response. They made an unauthorized withdrawal from my account. These people cannot be trusted. Never give them access to a credit/debit card. The one true statement I can say about them is your money is their money once you give them access to your account. DON'T DO IT! They are not forth coming with their policies and seem to make up things as they go along. They will do or say anything to scam you out of more money. I felt I had no choice but to cancel the card they had in their system so I could protect myself. They have terrible customer service and have wasted a great deal of my time. Do not join this gym. They don't deserve even one star but I can't post this unless I give them a rating.

The director and program manager ignore everything the favorite mothers do. The coaches are supposed to be teaching tumbling instead they walk around the mall and get paid for it. Kids have gotten hurt up there because there is no supervision. When you speak out and show the proof or videos of whats going on, they threaten or harass you. They have had coaches get it for having sex with the cheerleaders and still have the same people working there. Please go some place more professional and protect your kids.
