Steven comes every 2 weeks to take care of the lawns at my primary residence and my temporary rental house. He is hardworking, dedicated, shows up when he says he will, & does excellent work at both properties for a very reasonable price. Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. Even when my husband and I were ready to settle for "good enough," he wasn't--he took panels back down and realigned them until they were flawless. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. True hardwood wasn't an option for us due to some foundation issues, so we went with an engineered hardwood floor by Shaw. The Stewarts (yes, all of them) were on the job! The floor looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier. It took about a week to wrap up the job. After the install, we had a few questions about care and feeding of the new floor, and Jake was prompt with the info we needed. He even stopped by a couple of times while he was in our area to see if we had any questions or concerns.
