He was hired to paint my house and I wished I went somewhere else. I am still finding stuff that isn't painted that should have been. He claims to take me to court and file a lien against the property. I say bring it on! After going back and forth with this man I no longer wanted him on my property. He's a joke and his work show's! If you go against my warning and hire this man get everything in writing. I did, please photos' and videos. I paid him and in cash and I have a photo. He gave me a fake receipt and claim I owed him which I paid plus 60$ for material and he ended up using all my material around the house. He claimed my water broke his pressure washer which I never saw and he never pressured washed my house. There wasn't a second coat of paint applied and he never used the primer I bought before paint. Just some more lies. He had me on the hook for almost 2 weeks before getting back to me. I realized after hiring him he wasn't the guy I intended to hire. He brung me a bogus receipt for material that I paid him, gave him and extra $60 for more material which he ended up using all my material I had around the house. I will post pictures in defense to his response! No he's trying to cost me money by lying! The house isn't a dump! I'm done!!! He promised to fill and sand to smooth out some area where the's damage and he didn't! He tried to charge me 100$ a piece per post. After verbally agreeing to include them in quote! I'm done with this foolishness !!
