When we turned on our sprinkler system and discovered the water bubbling and spouting out at the post where it had been broken, I called Ammons to make them aware. After a week of trying to get some answers, they absolutely refused to fix my sprinkler system.

She told me she knew Dan had been doing this for years and she's tried to have him removed, but the owner seems to protect these sleazy people. I hope she finds somewhere else to work where they actually care about their customers as much as she seemed to. I stand by my original review. Stay far away from these people if you're a contractor or any other business needing some kind of sub work. They will go behind your back and try to steal a job from under you. If the service is this bad before even getting to the actual process of making order I can only imagine how well that would turn out for you. You've been warned. Pay attention o the other reviews from years past as those issues still seem to be an issue with this company. I'm a contractor and called these guys to come give a bid. First guy, Dan shows up and takes some measurements. He says he needs another guy to come out a bid removal and repairs of awnings. So I wait and the next thing I know my client is calling me to tell me the second guy is bringing her an estimate for my job. So I text this Dan guy and ask why the other guy is going directly to my client with what I'm hiring them to do. He reads my texts and doesn't respond for a few days. So I give him a call. I ask him why they're going to my client when I'm the one hiring them for my job. He cops an attitude and acts like I'm the one who did something wrong like them being undermining wasn't a big deal. Skip forward to the original estimate that got the ball rolling and I still don't have the estimate for several jobs I was promised. As a contractor if I did this to someone I would loose work and future jobs. These people are unethical and even get back to you in a timely manner. The Estimator, Dan is going to get this company sued. Stay away from these guys and go with a more reputable company. You'll pay a little more and not have to worry about getting screwed over. If it's this bad and I haven't even spent any money yet I can only imagine what it would be if and when they ever did any work. You get what you pay for

She came on time, took the measurements and helped us select the blinds that best fit our needs. She communicated when we could expect to receive the blinds. They ended up being delayed due to Covid but this possibility was communicated to us during the initial consultation, so we were not surprised. Cody Harper was our installer. He did an excellent job. Showed up on time, left the home in great shape, took old blinds to be disposed of. I'm not very tech so he downloaded the app to my cell and set up a few scenes and walked me through the automation/scheduling process. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

I was disappointed but agreed to mount on the wood window molding, losing that framed window look. Josh the installer assumed it was mounted on the inside metal and proceeded to mount it that way. It looked great except it was now 2" too long and 4" too wide. I agreed that Josh could take it off and mount on the molding since that was our original plan. I just wish Nichole had a better understanding of her products and installation.
