I was just about to call another Electric Company, because I thought they forgot about me again. Just as I was about to dial, two very nice and polite service men showed up. Sure enough, I did need a new box. But guess what, he had just used his last one at the last customers house(likely story). He seemed genuine and promised to come back the next day and he did. He plugged in my stove and said the box shorted out and blew up my stove, so I do need to purchase a new stove. He only charged me for one hour of service. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy. I will always call them when I need them. Very fair and reasonably priced. I believe it is $98.00 to show up and $25.00 every quarter hour. You can beat that!
