C and C owner Jeremy Conn jumped at the chance to roof our 800k home. He came in with false promises and later to find out, complete lies. He never ONCE came to the job site to oversee his roofers, EACH NIGHT they left an embarrassing mess of a large quantity of trash that filtered into neighboring yards, and killed our fescue grass. The nightmare has continued for two years. The quality of their work was terrible and actually ended up causing more damage to our home. The roof leaked in two different rooms and the owner Jeremy Conn had his roofers come out and put SILICONE on our roof as a permanent fix! He never responded or followed through to fix the interior damage caused by TWO leaks. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and repair all the damage caused by their mistakes and crappy work. I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

We researched different material and companies and ALMOST went with another company with vinyl log siding---and we dodged a bullet! Steel siding offered by ABC was only nominally more expensive, yet fireproof and warrantied for life. We met with Leana who was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us to solve a couple of dilemmas even. She was so easy to work with and paid attention to our home-specific concerns. She showed up to review everything on the first day of install and came by after they were done to evaluate it all and address any questions. We were about a year out on the schedule but then about 5 months after we signed the contract they suddenly had an opening to do our house. The job is now complete---siding, soffits and fascia- and it looks amazing! Changes the entire landscape of our neighborhood. Now....let's talk about the crew. I've remodeled two different homes and never seen better workmanship in my life as provided by Willie, Jason and Alan. Excellent work ethics and exceptional attention to detail. Passer-bys even commented on their fine workmanship. They even replaced any weather damaged sub-siding, removed all the mud dauber nests underneath the old siding, and rewrapped the entire house with new vapor guard. They were here for 2 weeks and were very respectful, thorough and cleaned up everything, right down to sweeping the yard with a giant magnet. As far as product, you cannot select anything better than ABC Seamless. As far as quality of work, you cannot find anything better than ABC Seamless. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to install siding, gutters, etc. ABC Seamless is top of the line in every aspect.
