Included with planning, I knew he would be doing some cooking for the bros as well. He wanted a special apron for these dining events that looked masculine and wasn't low quality. I found a great Navy apron at Sur La Table. Black Hawk handled the embroidery - the Greek letters of his fraternity across the front in a deeper navy and red. Expecting the usual crappy embroidery that we have come to know and see frequently (you know, threads hanging off, gaps in the embroidery, and basically corners cut), it was a pleasant surprise to pick-up a finished, high-quality embroidered apron when they were done. Very pleased. Black Hawk embodies the best of family run businesses. They really take care of you here. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for other embroidery projects.
