I send them the PDF file and they messed up my banners 5 times…read morethey send me proofs, which were all wrong Finally 3 weeks later, they finally got it right and then it took them another week for it to be done then another week for them to ship it so it took them one month and one week from the day that I placed the order to the day that I got it I don't recommend this company for any of your printing needs I am a company and I needed these banners printed in less than 10 days and got them 40 days later I will stick to Vistaprint their customer. Service sucks as well I asked to speak to a manager, or a supervisor and all they did is give me the runaround and promise me the supervisor or manager would be calling me back. They never did call me back in over a month, if there was zero stars, I would give them -1 stars
