Richard at Property Repair contacted the Loss Adjuster to explain my plight and shortly afterwards rang me to say all would proceed as planned. His Tradesmen all arrived in company liveried vans and wore company uniforms, they were polite and not once did I hear profanity from any of the builders, even if I did use some myself.
