I was told he was definately coming so I waited and waited but he failed to turn up, a complete waste of my time. The job itself was a complete re-roof and my guess is he turned up but realised the job was too big. I would have been understanding if he knocked on my door and said he wasn't interested so now this company is receiving my review for being unreliable.

It was quite a big job that lasted several weeks and they did an excellent job and we have not had a single problem. They also didn't ask for any money in advance which is unusual and probably risky from their point of view. Well recommended.
