Sure, they fit in the space they were being set up, but I had already purchased all rectangle table clothes. No apologies, no thank you for your patience (because we were still kind to them), no discount offered, nothing. They were highly recommended and even our friends apologized on their behalf stating they've always been great. Yuma is a small community and I expected they'd make it right somehow. My review will be two-fold. First the positive....We were in need of renting a tent for 50 people,…read moreseating, tables and linens. The delivery fee is included in the quote you receive. They were even flexible with delivery the night before so that we had plenty of time to set up for our celebration! They were good communicators and responded to messages quickly! I felt that the price we paid was reasonable. The crew that delivered/installed and took down the tent/picked up the items were polite and efficient. They did erect the tent and anchor it on the concrete, but we were responsible for putting up the tables and chairs. The negative portion of our experience involves the cleanliness of the tables, chairs and linens. I'm not sure where the tables and chairs are stored, but we had to wipe them all down due to them being rather dirty. As for the linens.....the table clothes were white and smelled laundered but contained a lot of stains that I would think a good soak in bleach could have fixed. Two of the 6 had such awful stains on them that I messaged them and requested two replacement table clothes (which they brought over in time for us to complete our decorating). We also ordered burlap runners. Five of the 6 were actually soiled and stained with food. They had not been laundered! We did not have time to wait for replacements and luckily, we were able to adjust seat placements and decorations to cover most of the stains and marks. Arandy was responsive to my issues and provided me a refund for the linens without hesitation. I would probably utilize them again, but I would definitely inspect everything before the crew left. I think Poly's Party Rentals would receive higher ratings in the future if they take the extra time to ensure that their items are clean before they send them over!

The guy tells me o the jumper is damaged and I have guests waiting/ worse company and they shouldn't be in business at all.
