My review will be two-fold. First the positive....We were in need of renting a tent for 50 people, seating, tables and linens. The delivery fee is included in the quote you receive. They were even flexible with delivery the night before so that we had plenty of time to set up for our celebration! They were good communicators and responded to messages quickly! I felt that the price we paid was reasonable. The crew that delivered/installed and took down the tent/picked up the items were polite and efficient. They did erect the tent and anchor it on the concrete, but we were responsible for putting up the tables and chairs. The negative portion of our experience involves the cleanliness of the tables, chairs and linens. I'm not sure where the tables and chairs are stored, but we had to wipe them all down due to them being rather dirty. As for the linens.....the table clothes were white and smelled laundered but contained a lot of stains that I would think a good soak in bleach could have fixed. Two of the 6 had such awful stains on them that I messaged them and requested two replacement table clothes (which they brought over in time for us to complete our decorating). We also ordered burlap runners. Five of the 6 were actually soiled and stained with food. They had not been laundered! We did not have time to wait for replacements and luckily, we were able to adjust seat placements and decorations to cover most of the stains and marks. Arandy was responsive to my issues and provided me a refund for the linens without hesitation. I would probably utilize them again, but I would definitely inspect everything before the crew left. I think Poly's Party Rentals would receive higher ratings in the future if they take the extra time to ensure that their items are clean before they send them over! read more

If there is zero stars I would chose that for this company. Don't rent anything from this company. I had a party set up and they guaranteed my jumper would arrive 6am and no one showed up and after calling and calling they decided to answer after 3 hours . The guy tells me o the jumper is damaged and I have guests waiting/ worse company and they shouldn't be in business at all. read more

We visited my sister in Yuma AZ for the 4th of July weekend for her son's birthday and she rented a big waterslide for his birthday and at the day of the birthday they never showed up we called them they said we forgot and then they came up with a lot of excuses and reasons why they did not deliver it they ruined the birthday party for the 40 year old boy the boy was crying the whole day we had a horrible weekend we will never recommend this company to anyone if you want your party to be ruined never hire this company read more

If it was possible to leave less than one star I would. Owner shows up 3 hours late on my wedding day. Scheduled based on contract to show up at 8am. He showed up at 10:50 His wife after an hour of calling and messaging answers and says she forgot to schedule the delivery because it was a Wednesday. My sister in law asked for a discount for the inconvenience or even help with set up and year down and Poly was very rude and not helpful at all. He said too bad and was upset with us because he said it cost him 75 dollars in gas to deliver the chairs and tables. Mind you it was 15 miles. Anyway terrible service And very rude people. Horrible experience on wedding day. read more
