I decided to schedule an appointment with him after being examined by two other doctors who I felt weren't listening to me regarding the issues I was having with my feet. Dr. Ridenour really listened, worked to get a thorough understanding of my condition, and didn't rush to say surgery before trying conservative methods. The surgery that Dr. Ridenour performed (which was different than what the other two doctors were recommending) was successful - every step of the process was clearly explained to me, and Dr. Ridenour didn't mind "all the questions." I would highly recommend him to anyone with foot or ankle issues.

Dr. Naguit, a once caring and compassionate doctor, cares little about her patients. She doesn't listen, interrupts you, and then glosses over any concerns you have. She also pushes new products constantly which just makes you feel like guinea pig/cash cow for kickbacks. I had been telling her for 2 years that something wasn't right. Despite my concerns she never did any bloodwork in those 2 years even though certain things should be monitored due to medications I take. My last visit with her was in October 2020. She recommended that I see a psychiatrist. Turns out I didn't need a psychiatrist -- I just needed a knowledgeable doctor who cared more about their patients than what's in their pockets. It appears as though I have both Lupus and Scleroderma. I now know I've had numerous symptoms that point to an autoimmune disease for years, but she never so much as gave me a referral for a rheumatologist. Had I not sought out other care I probably would have never known. The 2 stars was for the short time spent in the waiting room.

He listens to you as his patient and remembers from visit to visit what was going on with your health....He has a great bedside manner without being insincere and yet tells you what you need to know. Very trustworthy and solid. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and diagnosed correctly if there is a problem. And makes sure you understand what your problem is and what your options may be. And just as dependable as a yearly check up doc if you are totally healthy. We would not be with another physician.

I received a call from a nurse in their office saying that the paperwork was too long (6 pages) and they were not going to fill out the paperwork. Their suggestion was to find a pharmacy that offered the medication at a low price and pay cash. If someone is too damn lazy to complete the paperwork, it makes me wonder how competent they are in addressing medical issues. I will not go back to them.
