The human element of my visit was outstanding; we encountered some technical challenges that affected the efficiency of my appointment: Software Performance Issues: The computer system used during my examination was slow, which extended my appointment and created delays. Document Accessibility Problems: There were difficulties with accessing my paperwork through your system, which required effort from both me and the staff to resolve. These technical issues were managed professionally by all staff. I would review upgrading your technical infrastructure and updates to improve system responsiveness.
